  • Neat, Spacious, Private Hot Tub

"We stayed here August 2016. This place was very neat, clean, and spacious. We really enjoyed the jetted hut tub located on the side deck of the house surrounded by two sides of tall privacy fence, third side was the house, and fourth side open towards the valley. (Hot tub deck seen on the right of the main VRBO picture.) The large kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans needed for cooking meals at home. The master bed+bath was very spacious with a firm king bed, jetted bath, and rustic décor. Great location in a quiet neighborhood – within five minutes to the main entrance of RMNP and downtown Estes Park. We saw seven wild turkeys and twelve elk walk through the front yard. The only suggestions to management would be to upgrade the basic cable and slow wifi. We had some difficulties watching non-regional MLB games. Very well managed property and very professional staff."

  • awesome location for family vacation or reunion!

"Our family stayed at Fall River Lodge to celebrate my parents' 35th anniversary. At our peak we had 17 adults and 6 kids hanging out, cooking & dining at the house and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. The property comes with everything you could want in a mountain getaway, and there were actually several amenities we didn't even realize were there until Bob mentioned them (ie: bikes, yard games in the shed). The patio tables and firepit down by the river were such a great spot and we had several exciting wildlife sightings! Great stay, would love to return-- location is great too! just a quick 3 minute drive down into Estes Park and about 12 min from the entrance to RMNP."

  • Close to everything

"Every extra piece of information helps fellow travelers make the right decision. Detailed reviews of vacation rental homes makes finding the perfect place easier Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc ? Yes. Was the property clean and well-maintained ? - Yes Did the owner provide good customer service ? The information that was supposed to be sent prior to the date wasn't sent, but fortunately there was someone there who was able to let us in and provide the information on wifi login information and where to find extra sheets. Would you recommend this property to your friends or relatives ? The living room was very small and not good for gathering, however, there was a patio with table and chairs and a grill that would be a great gathering spot. It was very close to town with off street parking, which is SO important if you have a car and need parking. Off street parking is hard to find. A fan for each bedroom would be nice. What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike near by ? Estes Park is great. We were able to hang out and shop in town and spend alot of time in the Rocky Mountain National Park. The best of both worlds. Learn more about our Review Guidelines"
