  • Perfect place to stay while in Estes!

"My husband and I stayed at Bear Bottom Cabin for our first Valentine's Day together as a married couple. We could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Everything about the cabin was amazing. Next time we come back to Estes, we are definitely staying here versus a hotel. It has everything you need and more. The location is literally blocks from downtown, The Stanley, Safeway....etc. The cabin was equipped with all the essentials (full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, plates EVERYTHING) and the hot tub was a MAJOR bonus. Even though the winter weather brought in strong winds and some stinging snow, none of it mattered the second we got in the hot tub and stared up at the stars and the awesome view of The Stanley. The cabin is located in the middle of a neighborhood (some rentals, some residential) but you still get a good sense of privacy and isolation. It was so quiet and peaceful. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. So comfortable, in fact, that my husband and I found ourselves sleeping in until noon! That never happens! If you find yourself trying to decide where to stay in Estes, make things easy for yourself and just stay here. You will absolutely not regret it."

  • This home could not have been better

"We loved the comfortable furnishings, 3 bedroom-3 1/2 bath roominess, the quietness at the end of the street, and most certainly the river running right out front. Great care was taken in comfortable porch furnishings, especially cushions on the chairs so one could sit and watch the water comfortably. We ate dinner outside on the bistro table, again with the wonderful view. We would stay here again without hesitation."

  • Spacious and Beautiful!!!

"This home was absolutely perfect for our week long family vacation! There were 16 of us, 4 generations, ages 3-66, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. We especially loved that the dining room table had room for us all to eat together! Everything in the house was top quality, and the views were even better than the pictures. The short drive to Estes Park provided additional scenery to enjoy. Everyone had a wonderful time and we're already talking about when we can go back again."

  • Cozy, beautiful vacation home!

"Had a great time at Alpinehaus! This is a wonderful vacation home and the pictures don't do it justice! Six of us spent a week in Estes there is so much to do enjoyed hiking, go karts, open air adventure park, horseback riding, and spending time at river by Alpinehaus. Home was a little further from downtown then I thought, but in my opinion it didn't matter much easier to relax not being so close to the crowds. So much to do at the home on a rainy day and only a mile from YMCA of the Rockies and very close to Rocky Mountain National Forest. Very relaxing vacation and Conrad and Kathy were very quick to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this property to anyone!!"
