  • Best gem in Estes Park!

"Excellent place! The four adults in our group had a great time really enjoyed this very cozy place! The fireplace with firewood is wonderful and each bedroom with its own bathroom was just awesome! The kitchen is fully equipped and the location is the best so close to downtown to enjoy many great restaurants and we were close to some great trails for snow shoeing! (Or hiking in the summer). Truly a wonderful stay and the owner very attentive and communicates very well if there is anything needed. We highly recommend this little gem in Estes Park!!"

  • Everything was wonderful!

"My family came to hike in RMNP for the third summer and I have to say that this was the best location yet! We were traveling with my husband's mother and our adult children yet the house was comfortable for our 3 generations with its gorgeous view of the Big Thompson from the back windows and deck. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and a wide range of cooking utensils which was perfect as we love to cook. The hummingbirds were constant guests and quite greedy but feeding them was entertaining. We even had a doe and fawn visit each day. The shuttle to go into town was less than a 1/2 mile walk. All in all a perfect vacation! Thank you for sharing your home!"

  • Perfect for a large group with kids

"We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home along the river in Estes Park. Our three kids had a blast doing snow angels on the frozen river and playing on the full size air hockey table. We fixed a large spaghetti dinner one evening and everything we needed was on hand. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The owner was awesome to work with - she even went so far as to call her cable company to make sure we could get ESPN for the football fanatics in our crowd! The proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park was great - just a mile or two down the road. We took the kids sledding in the park at the Hidden Valley sledding area. (A hint about this - go early! I'd gotten that word from calling the park the day before, so we were there by 10:00 am, did a couple hours of sledding and when we were leaving, there was a long line of cars waiting to get in to the parking area). It was great to come back to the house for a dip in the large hot tub afterwards! We will definitely consider renting this home again - hopefully this summer!"
