  • Nice home close to the river

"We just returned from a weeks stay in the "spa cabin". It is a lovely home very close to the river. It had very comfortable beds and nice roomy bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with just about every pan, dish, or utensil you could need. The only reason I did not give it a five star review is because the pictures are a little deceiving regarding the outdoor space. The outdoor space is VERY small (the patio table & chairs pretty much take up the whole space). It is also VERY close to the cabin next door. (Only a few feet seperate the two) the river extends the entire front portion of the home which is extremely nice but the backside butts up to a storage facility and tire shop. Those two things never inconvenienced us but they weren't very pretty to look at."

  • Close to Everything

"We had a great time at Moose Mountain Lodge. It is close to town yet you can access Rocky Mountain National Park without having to go through Estes Park, this is a big plus. We saw lots of wildlife - Deer and Elk were everyday sightings in the neighborhood. The home itself is as promised and is very well kept. Would definitely recommend."

  • The perfect home for the perfect week!

"We can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was perfect for our large family and made a great base camp for Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder...and beautiful Estes Park! The house is perfect and has everything you could possibly need. We never wanted for towels, pots and pans, appliances, etc. Everything you need is there! The owner is quick to help with any questions. We loved watching the wild life out back as we ate breakfast on the patio each day. We were even lucky enough to have a bobcat stroll by one morning! We all fell in love with the Rockies and hope to return soon!"

  • Spacious, Peaceful Cabin for 50th Anniversary Celebration

"The Beary Happy Cabin hosted our best family vacation with a great place for home base as we explored Estes Park, Boulder and the Rocky Mountain National Park! Our 50th Anniversary was celebrated with children, spouses and 7 grandchildren from Cincinnati, Boulder, Tucson and Edinboro, PA. At the end of the week, our grandchildren received their Junior Ranger Badges at the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center close by. We enjoyed the spacious, open floor plan with lots of room for family time with games, meals at three large tables in the kitchen and on the porch and sleeping arrangements on three floors. Since our son has climbed the diamond of Longs Peak, the awesome view of this mountain from the cabin was very special. We were warmly welcomed by the neighbors who also invited us to come again on the last day of our vacation. We are so thankful that Randy shared his lovely cabin with us and appreciated his quick responses to email questions. Happy trails to all who come to visit in the future!"
