  • Great property close to town but quiet too.

"Our second time at this vacation rental. So convenient being walking distance to town and just short drives to any of the national park entrances. Liked the quietness it provided being on the golf course- although it was noisy at times in the fall but wonderfully so as the bull elks hung out close by and bugled. The house had all the amenities needed and we appreciate the owner allowing our small dog to stay."

  • Beyond Your Expectations

"We came up to Estes for a relaxing escape of snow shoeing and restoration. I've stayed in many places in Estes, but Sue and Mark go above and beyond your expectations. Sue made sure we had information about everything in a way that made us feel we were staying at a friend's home. The location, their home, the views, the amenities and open communication made for the perfect get away. I'd give 6 stars if I could!"

  • Beautiful Home, Ideal Location!

"This "Majestic Mountain Masterpiece" lived up to its name! Beautifully decorated, this home is also spacious, well-stocked, and only minutes from downtown and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We spent a week over Spring Break hiking and snowshoeing in the park, skiing at Eldora, and enjoying dinner out in town each evening. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking in - be sure to check supplies before grocery shopping and use the Safeway card provided in the welcome binder when stocking up. We were thrilled with this home!!"

  • Estes Lake cabin

"We had a great time at this cabin. We had 10 adults and 2 young children, and there was room enough for everyone. It's situated on the lake with beautiful views, but it's right next to a busy road leading into town. The house is pretty well insulated, so the road noise wasn't too bothersome, but 2 windows, in the kitchen and in the upstairs bathroom, are old and do very little to keep the wind and cold out. They should be replaced. Otherwise, the cabin is well-stocked with kitchen utensils, board games, books about the area, and it has a big pull-down screen which made it fun to watch movies. The owners did everything possible to make us feel welcome, and we all were glad to have stayed there. If not for some deferred maintenance, we would have rated this cabin with 5 stars."
