  • Paradise in Downtown Boulder

"My wife and I had a fantastic week staying here. We tend to have very high expectations, and are often let down with vacation rentals, but that was not the case this time. The owner has painstakingly remodeled the home and it is done to the nine's. Every detail has been thought off and the proximity to the Downtown Mall was fantastic. We will definitetly try to book this home on our next trip to Boulder. Thanks again for a fantastic experience."

  • Great place to stay!

"Location is perfect. Shops and restaurants one way down Pearl and hiking the other way up Pearl. Hardly even used the car we rented. The place is clean and beautiful. GREAT STAY! Will go back again while my daughter is at CU Boulder."

  • Wonderful Family Home-Very Welcoming- Warm-Great location

"My immediate family [from 5 different states now] came out to Boulder for 5 days, from 1/4-1/9/17, to celebrate my daughters wedding on the 7th, in Boulder Canyon . We were extremely fortunate to find a wonderful home, full of warmth, with a nice open floor plan, that met my large family needs. There were 7-9 adults, depending on the night, and my grandson- who is nearly 2 . The owner was terrific to work with, my daughter and I had a few questions and she responded quickly. The home was clean and well organized. The kitchen was well stocked- dishes, cooking utensils, all kind of condiments and appliances. The refrigerator even had butter, eggs and some produce for us to use. All 4 bedrooms were a nice size, with extra linens and plenty of towels. The master bed/bath was spacious, with a wonderful large tub. The basement was large, quiet and fully carpeted, a great amenity for my son and my 2 year old grandson to run around in, given the snow and extreme temperatures. The home was nicely decorated with many "family" photos, which we enjoyed! The kitchen was open to the family room, with great light, and a large fireplace that we enjoyed nightly (wood supplied!). We made use a few times of the outdoor gas grill located right off the kitchen under the covered patio. The Dining room sat 6-8 comfortably and opened to a second living area, for those that wanted to get away and relax from the activities of the kitchen/family area. We also had a wonderful snow storm upon arrival which made for some good walks, and a pristine outdoor wedding on Saturday. The neighborhood was great to walk, and a neat trail at the end of the street took us up to what appeared to be conservation area- beautiful in the light fluffy new snow. Plenty of shopping and artisans downtown, and up in Estes Park, less than an hour away we were able to view dozens of Elk, deer and wildlife. The impending storm nixed the snowboard trip as roads were icy, but a wonderful stay was had by all, no one wanted to leave and I wish we could have stayed longer. I would recommend this home to any family that wants to visit or vacation in Boulder. Thank you both for sharing your home, we loved it! Great location, great home - warm and welcoming."

  • Great location - clean and nice pool

"The living, dining and kitchen was nice - hotel style A/C unit works but is noisy. The bedroom just had fans and if the temp. is above 90 it might be uncomfortable. Easy access in and out with keypad on door."
