  • Family stay

"Clean, Well appointed cabin perfect for a family of 6. Plenty of room and allowed us to watch movies, play chess, and explore the outdoors. Located near enough to metro area to still visit family. Owner/hostess was easy to communicate with and welcoming in our exchanges. The cabin was larger than the photos give impression of. Lots of nature trails and parks near by. Restaurants and markets in near by village. Would stay again and recommend to any wanting to stay in a wonderful historic cabin but still modern."

  • Family Reunion

"We booked Vista View Ranch for our family reunion. It was perfect for our needs. The setting was beautiful with the house nestled in the pine trees over-looking the horses in their outdoor setting. We did have a four wheel drive vehicle which was recommended by the owner for our stay in February. The house was beautifully decorated with three bedrooms and two baths. It was wonderful that the kitchen was so well equipped. Not only did we have extra serving pieces but additional sets of plates, four fondue pots and a slow cooker. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again in the summer time. I would recommend staying in this beautiful country estate for all ages."

  • Great Cabin close to Everything in Front Range

"We had such a good time at Julia's Cabin in Idaho Springs. The cabin is cozy and offers a nice view from the deck. It is within a short walk to the historic part of Idaho Springs. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants nearby and small coffee shops. We ski Loveland Ski resort in just a few miles from the cabin. It was great to go to the hot springs nearby to relax after a day of skiing. We also visited another historic town nearby where they have casinos and good restaurants. Cabin had everything we needed for enjoyable stay. Julia provided a lot of information about surrounding area. It helped us to plan a great trip to the Rockies. Colorado is a gorgeous State. Cannot wait to visit again!"

  • Amazing Experience

"We booked this house for our family vacation. It was 2 couples, with 3 kids total, ages 2 to 5. IT WAS AMAZING. It was absolutely perfect for our kids. They loved the play room filled with unique toys, the bunk room, all the books, the kid's counter in the kitchen, and the tree house out front! The adults had everything they needed as well including really comfortable beds, a big fridge for all our food, and the swing on the front porch that overlooks the river. I would highly recommend booking this house if you have kids with you. There is even a separate room with a crib for the baby, attached to an adult room, which we used for our youngest traveler and it was quiet for naps. Booking and paying were easy. The expectations were simple (unlike other listings I've seen where you have to wash all your bed linens and remake the beds before departure) and straightforward. This was a great trip for us with no headaches or surprises. We actually liked how there was only 1 TV in the house and it was upstairs- we didnt turn it on once. We enjoyed all that the area had to offer. It was an easy drive from the house into Golden, Boulder, and Denver. Idaho Springs was fun too and we enjoyed many of the restaurants and the drive up to mount evans. All in all, I have nothing negative to say at all!"
