  • Close to the Marina

"Great way to join our family/friends who were camping at the reserved camping spaces at Inlet Bay. We could join them at the Lake, sit by the campfire and then return to the comfortable bed, hot shower and kitchen just up the road! Comfortable, clean and quiet. Lori was great!"

  • Exceptional!

"We couldn't have found a more perfect home to stay in for our daughter's CSU graduation! This was our first experience with staying at a VRBO home and Theresa's Daffodil House was above our expectations! From the moment we arrived, (loved the neighborhood) to 5 days later when we left(excellent check out list!) we were extremely satisfied with this home! We all loved the bedroom lay outs with bathrooms, lovely open kitchen, dining and living area, and of course our favorite, the fenced in back yard w/ patio and beautiful landscaping! Very close to CSU and Fort Collins amenities. Theresa was also very accommodating when my daughter asked if she could drop by the day before we arrived to surprise us with food and flowers awaiting our arrival!! We will definitely stay in Theresa's home whenever visiting our daughter and her fiance!"

  • Beautiful House in the Mountains

"This was my first time in Boulder Colorado and only 2nd time in America, having been to Florida in 2009. Boulder area is so much nicer than Florida, it's a beautiful town, no high rise, good restaurants and plenty to do, from Indoor Rock Climbing without ropes, Free Running (Apex) for my son, a creek that goes through boulder and beautiful walks etc,. Now the House, which is 15/20 minutes from Boulder (best Road to go up and down is Lee Hill Drive), The House is beautiful and very well maintained. The Ground floor has the Pool/Table Tennis, Darts and Wii in and is great, my teenagers have much improved at Pool and Darts. The 2nd Bedroom is on this floor and has a large Bed and lovely ensuite, my daughter (13) loved it. The living/Kitchen area is great and Kitchen is very well equipped although could do with more knives and forks as had to keep getting them out of the dish washer. The TV area is great as well and all four of us could easily sit on the sofa to watch a film. This floor also has a good utility and bathroom opposite the 3rd Bedroom which is smaller but still a good size, only downside is that if the bed is made into a double/king it's quite short (my son is 6ft) and the bed has a dip in the middle (which could be rectified by putting a quilt or something underneath), he therefore slept sideways, but by the end of the two weeks was complaining that his back was hurting as the bed is not as comfortable as the 2nd and Master Bedroom. Master Bedroom, is huge, with lovely on suite, Bed is extremely comfortable. The outside space is great with the creek, gazebo etc,. It's a very lovely house and was very enjoyable. There are Road Repairs going on at the moment, but we were very lucky that they did not affect us at the time of our holiday. Would recommend Eldorado Springs (outside pool with slide and diving board great for kids) and mountain trail. Chautauqua has lovely walks and a good park and Restaurant too. Had a great holiday, Marcus was always extremely helpful would recommend."

  • Home away from home

"After a long day of travel filled with delays and unplanned hiccups, we arrived in Estes Park exhausted and needing a break. As we opened the door to the cabin we immediately felt like it was our new home. We settled in and took a nap! The cabin is just as promised and photographed. The layout is efficient, but still feels roomy enough for a longer stay. The decor is relaxed and place appropriate. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook a meal. The closets have plenty of space and the beds are just like home. We slept well every night and had no problems with the cabin. The heat worked well. During the afternoons, we opened the casement windows and let the fresh air in. The location was right in town so you could walk to town in just 10 minutes if you wanted. I honestly have nothing negative to say about the experience. It was a home away from home, with everything provided as promised. That is hard to say in this day and age. Trust this owner and rest assured you won't be disappointed if you stay at his property."
