  • Lots of space for 6 of us in Boulder - inexpensive, too. Totally Recommend!

"We needed a place to stay in Boulder that held all 6 of us. We needed a place to cook our favorite foods. We needed a place where we could simply sit and catch up with each other. Although we LOVE Boulder, we also know that a place to return to that is AWAY from the crowds is a must. This garden-level apartment allowed us to avoid ALL the tourist-y, cramped, overpriced realities of Boulder. The cost per night was cheaper than hotel rooms or cabins or condos. The fully-equipped kitchen gave us a chance to cook our favorite meals and our favorite Christmas cookies, all while we relaxed in our comfortable clothes. We DO love shopping Pearl Street Mall, but we also love leaving the crowds behind while we "head home" to hear about each other's lives. The one bathroom took some logistics and problem-solving, but we never ran out of hot water and there were plenty of towels. Although we didn't need to use the washer and dryer, it was a great option to have handy. Upon entry our first day, we found the apartment VERY clean with fresh towels, washcloths, linens. We could tell that the owners have a great cleaning person and are conscientious about having it ready for new tenants. As a matter of fact, Kara texted me on the day of our arrival to tell us that the apartment was clean and ready for us. A nice touch. The wi-fi was dependable and quick; we appreciate having that available as well. We never tried the hot tub out, but we know the water was warm and it was ready for service. The neighborhood is perfect for a group or family to gather. The main floor of the house is also available for short-term rent, so we heard other visitors up there. We met them outside one evening, and exchanged pleasantries and good wishes for a new year. The owners responded quickly and without fail to each of our inquiries (for instance, we couldn't find the blankets to the pull-out sofa bed; Kara answered back within a few minutes about the 'secret storage compartment' in the sofa), so that level of care is equal to or better than your typical hotels. We would totally come back to this apartment again and we recommend it to future VRBO users without reservation. Thank you for looking after us!!"

  • Just Right

"We used this home while visiting our kids in the area. It was very comfortable and the open floor plan was perfect for watching the Super Bowl. We will definitely use again when in the area."

  • Cozy place in fun, funky neighborhoood

"We love Prospect. Quirky architecture and great casual restaurants - diner, wine bar, Thai, street tacos & ribs - all within a few blocks. Garages are in the rear, on alleys, and most have apartments or VRBOs above them. Amy and Greg are friendly and very accommodating. Their place is very cozy, comfortable and well-appointed. Full stove, smaller full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, compact/staked washer & dryer. Keurig 2.0 for coffee, to tide us over until we went to the Two Dog Diner for THE BEST breakfasts. Easy access to biking/hiking trails. Downtown Longmont is ~ 1 mile and is fast becoming a really happening place. Until we build out a similar space above our children's garage a block away as a “mother-in-law,” Amy and Greg's will be our first choice to stay in the area."

  • Amazing location, gorgeously decorated home, Kirsten was a fabulous host!

"The house itself is perfect- gorgeous and so unique! It has everything you need and Kir even left is a little care package for our arrival. It is walkable to great trails and a local shopping center with coffee shops, grocery store, etc. I had my husband and three children there and we fit perfectly- I only wish it had been summer to enjoy the backyard more!"
