"What a wonderful memory making vacation! The pictures on the website just don't give justice to this beautiful cabin. The owners are super nice and see to it everything is perfect when you arrive. It comes supplied with all you would need plus more. We roasted hot dogs and made smores in the fire pit right along the beautiful river. We also grilled steaks on the grill and ate in the gazebo. There is a wonderful hot tub we all enjoyed. Even the bed mattresses were of great quality and very comfortable. Needless to say we loved every moment of our stay! We will be back Water Dance and thank you!"

  • Perfect Home for a Large Family

"This home is large (5 bedrooms, 4 baths, several living areas) and ideal for extended families. We stayed here with our three grown children and their families. The basement family room is full of games (ping pong, foosball, etc.), and there are 3 TVs with satellite and DVD possibilities. The location is ideal with easy access to both the east and west ends of the downtown Estes Park area while avoiding a transit through 'downtown' E.P., and there is also easy access to RMNP without traveling through town. We have been renting in Estes Park almost annually for well over a decade, and this is our second time to stay in this home. After many years coming to the area for a summer family vacation I cannot think of a better place to stay. This will always be our first choice for an Estes Park extended family vacation home."

  • Comfortable for six people

"Timber Creek #8 was well appointed - comfortable furniture and beds and a good kitchen. It was conveniently located about half-way between the National Park and the town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay."

"Ahhhhmazing! We just spent a week at this lovely home and everything about the experience exceeded our expectations!! Our clan included 3 families, with kids ranging in age from 7-18. The "dirt road" leading up to the home was a little daunting at first, but was we drove it over and over, our mini vans had no problem "off roading"! The house is about an hour drive from literally everything. We couldn't have picked a more centrally located home base! The house itself has everything you could possibly need and/or want. No need to overpack, the washer/dryer was one of the best amenities! There is a guide on the table that explains everything you need to know about the house, and local secrets (the sun dance cafe has wonderful breakfasts - share a plate, portions are enormous & delicious). Owners are super attentive, we had (what we thought was) a problem mid week and the owner had a maintenance man on the property nearly immediately (turns out we were just idiots 😬). The views from the balcony are unbelievable, there are a couple of elk that frequent the train tracks below, and you can easily hear the crick babbling. Two giant thumbs up from Themis crew!!"
