  • Perfect Home for a Large Family

"This home is large (5 bedrooms, 4 baths, several living areas) and ideal for extended families. We stayed here with our three grown children and their families. The basement family room is full of games (ping pong, foosball, etc.), and there are 3 TVs with satellite and DVD possibilities. The location is ideal with easy access to both the east and west ends of the downtown Estes Park area while avoiding a transit through 'downtown' E.P., and there is also easy access to RMNP without traveling through town. We have been renting in Estes Park almost annually for well over a decade, and this is our second time to stay in this home. After many years coming to the area for a summer family vacation I cannot think of a better place to stay. This will always be our first choice for an Estes Park extended family vacation home."

  • Perfect Home for a Quiet Getaway!

"This house is fantastic! I searched all over the internet for a place that was as secluded as possible to get away from the busy-ness of the real world, and Karen's place was the PERFECT home. I literally spent weeks researching various places to stay before we settled on this house. There are a few other houses scattered around, but I think we saw 2 people the entire 4 days we were there. The house is on a private road, so you really feel like you are away from the city life. It's a quick 10 minute drive (if that) to downtown Estes, so you can still access the grocery store and restaurants. The sun room in incredible! When we weren't out snow-shoeing, we sat in the sun room, enjoying the amazing view of the Rockies. We came back from Karen's place refreshed and full of life! If/when we go back to Estes Park, we will stay here!"

  • Girls' Weekend

"Girlfriends and I spent a 3 day weekend at Peaceful Pines and loved our experience! The home was convenient to downtown Estes Park but still secluded enough to feel peaceful. There was plenty of room to spread out but space to gather as well. The wood-burning fireplace coupled with great views made this the perfect place to spend a snowy weekend."
