  • sweet, light filled apartment

"Perfect Boulder location one block from Pearl Street and within walking distance of everything Boulder has to offer. Sufficiently stocked kitchen if someone wanted to cook but with so many great restaurants in the neighborhood, other than a quick breakfast, I did not use much of what was available. Brandie was also immediately responsive to all of my texted inquiries. And then there are the touches of whimsy which dot the property - the origami crane mobile hanging over the bed, the bicycle adorned with lights perched in a tree, the child's toy truck and the fossilized bone hidden in the garden and I would absolutely consider returning to this property whenever I found myself in the area again with one recommendation: The feeling of space and openness this apartment suggests is accomplished by the light from multiple windows - but blinds on the two which parallel the kitchen were strongly desired, especially as you need to pass through the kitchen area when returning to the bedroom after showering, or if you plan to settle into pjs in the evening and watch a little TV. Perhaps even something that has the option of being pulled closed up from the bottom to continue to allow in light while providing privacy."

  • Second stay as good as the first

"Our family and another family stayed over Spring Break 2016. Four adults, six kiddos, and it was a great stay. The home is not brand new, but is great based on price, location, and comfort. Snow plow hit the driveway each morning during our snow storms. Actually, travel to the mountain was a non-event as we caught the shuttle just up the driveway to the ski hill each morning. And, the kids loved the hot tub every evening. The house is maybe a mile or two off Main Street and allows you to feel secluded in the woods. But the best plus, the owner, super nice folks and just a joy to work with. If going to Winter Park with a group, Greg and Denny Brock will be our first contact! Thanks for another great stay!!!"

  • Nederland home in the mountains

"We had a short two night stay at this home. When we first pulled up we were a little alarmed because the way the houses are organized on the small road made the whole set up look a little iffy. Our worries were for nothing as the home was quite nice inside. The downstairs was spacious and the set up was perfect for talking and dining, and the "kids" could play games in the couch/TV area without being in the middle of everything. The bedrooms were upstairs, along with a fancy bathroom with double shower heads in the enclosed shower. The master bedroom was HUGE and had great space with a small balcony off it. One of the bedrooms was pretty small, but the twin beds in it were comfortable, and it served its purpose. The highlight of the stay was seeing a moose in the driveway next door one of the evenings. Very exciting! There were a lot of instructions about food handling due to the bears that might wander through, but we did not see any bears. Darn! The house is in the tiny town of Nederland, which is about 8200 feet above sea level. There are four or five restaurants in this town, which is right in the middle of some spectacular scenery. The wind was fierce while we were there adding to the mountain feel of things. There is a carousel in town with all of the animals hand carved over the last 26 years by a Viet Nam veteran. It was fun to take a ride on the carousel and look at all the animals. Plus, it was only a dollar each, which is quite a bargain! We had a great stay in this house, and found the owners easy to work with. We would definitely consider staying there again if we're ever in the area. As a side note, it was too early in the year to ski, but the Eldora ski resort is just a short 15 or 20 minute drive up the mountain from the house."

  • Could not have been better! PERFECT

"Firstly, I want to thank Annabelle for being so prompt and responsive. It seems that many of the owners don't understand that travelers are trying to get plane flights to match the available properties. For that to happen the owners have to reply promptly. Even waiting 24 hours for a response seems like forever, and when you have to do that with multiple properties just to get an answer, it is simply maddening. Annabelle responded right away and we had everything wrapped on with a phone call in 10 minutes. She answered all of our questions and was professional, friendly, honest, and just an overall pleasure to deal with. Tha cabin itself was perfect. It is kind of remote without really being hard to find. There is a great little restaurant (Sundance Cafe) that is very close by, is always open, and has food and drinks for all times of the day. The fireplaces/wood stoves work great and put out some real heat! The price of the cabin was so reasonable that we were afraid it may be a little "too rustic" - but no! It is modern, clean, and loaded with everything you need. This is the kind of place you come back to over and over :) *oh, and the wi-fi works just fine*"
