  • Great location, beautiful home

"The house is meticulous and so beautifully decorated. Shelly was easy to work with and very friendly. She left cupcakes to help us celebrate my birthday. Off street parking was really helpful since the street gets very busy with Chautauqua hikers. Pearl street is about 1.5 miles away. The planetarium is 5 minutes away. Skiing at Eldora was 35 minutes away. The backyard gas fire was awesome for a surprise 70 degree February day. I'd say if you have really little kids, this might not be a great place, just because it's so beautiful. My 5-year-old and 8-year-old did well, but we weren't in the house much. Had they been much younger, I think I would have been a nervous wreck. Older kids, a romantic getaway or a girls weekend would be perfect for this sweet home next Chautauqua."

  • Peaceful Location in Winter Park Village

"Great studio condo with plenty of room for two adults and our traveling dog. Comfy king-size bed and other nice furnishings. Kitchen is equipped although it's nice to walk to the village for a bite to eat. Close to the hot tub deck. Room was quite warm the first night and we needed to sleep with the windows open (no AC), which was not ideal due to the proximity to US-40. Highly recommend opening windows upon arrival to cool it down if it's warm during the day."

  • Charming cabin

"The cabin was charming. It was a great base for our skiing at Eldora. Great master bath with nice shower and whirlpool tub. Comfortable living room with fireplace and large screen TV. Good kitchen equipped appropriately to cook our meals. We found the high top dining table a little tall for us, but this was minor. When we had an iisue, Gavin responded appropriately. We were very happy with our rental."
