  • Perfect Home for a Large Family

"This home is large (5 bedrooms, 4 baths, several living areas) and ideal for extended families. We stayed here with our three grown children and their families. The basement family room is full of games (ping pong, foosball, etc.), and there are 3 TVs with satellite and DVD possibilities. The location is ideal with easy access to both the east and west ends of the downtown Estes Park area while avoiding a transit through 'downtown' E.P., and there is also easy access to RMNP without traveling through town. We have been renting in Estes Park almost annually for well over a decade, and this is our second time to stay in this home. After many years coming to the area for a summer family vacation I cannot think of a better place to stay. This will always be our first choice for an Estes Park extended family vacation home."

  • perfect location - quiet and convenient

"For a stay in Estes Park, this location can't be beat. You can walk to anywhere in town, there's parking nearby, and you're an easy drive to any location in Rocky Mountain National Park. There's also no need to worry about noise here. We stayed in August when Estes is as crowded as it gets, and we had no noise issues at all -- morning or night. Highly recommended!"

  • A wonderful cottage with amazing scenery

"The River Rock Cottages are an excellent place to stay if in Estes Park or headed to Rocky Mountain National Park. We stayed in the Fern Lake Cottage for a couple nights; it was well furnished, impeccably clean, very comfortable, and set amid an amazing rocky mountain landscape. Despite it being very close to town (easily walkable), it was very quiet and felt private. Outside, the cottage had a delightful front porch to sit and enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon beverage; inside, the cottage had all the amenities of home. The hosts were very nice and promptly responded to any questions. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely stay here if our travels ever take us back to Estes Park."
