  • The property was everything we expected and more!

"My husband and I felt this house would be perfect for us, our 15 yr old son, my brother and sister in law and my mom. We were so right! It was perfect and our group enjoyed every minute of our stay. The views from both porches were spectacular! The home was cozy and we can't say enough good. The best place I've ever stayed in Colorado in all the years we've been going."

  • Comfy, cozy cottage

"I came to Estes Park with a group of friends for a wedding, as well as to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. Terry greeted us when we arrived and made sure we felt welcome on the property. He even gave us a few helpful tips for exploring the area! We stayed at Fern Lake cottage, which was a perfect size for the 4 of us. It was clean, relatively spacious, and had everything we needed during our stay. Plus, the view outside the cabin was gorgeous! It's walking distance from downtown, which is great because parking/traffic can be pretty difficult during the summer. We all felt the cabin was well-worth the money. I would recommend this cottage or any of the River Rock Cottages for anyone coming to Estes Park!"

  • Perfect location, beautiful home away from home

"This is our second time staying at this VRBO and we loved it again as much as the first time. Its so close to old town making it easy to walk or bike to your destinations, yet far enough from the noise and busyness to make the space more serene. Its just on the edge of the neighborhood on one of Fort Collins prettiest streets so you are in a good location for neighborhood strolls or bike rides. The place itself has a great layout, tons of light and windows to open for fresh air. Everything is super clean and well-maintained. The decor is super lovely - elegant but not stuffy. I hosted a small dinner party and the kitchen had everything I needed (well, it could use better cutting knives, but that's the only thing I can complain about!) I would definitely stay here again."
