  • Fabulous Mountain Cabin!

    Beth T.

"My family stayed in this lovely cabin while we were in the mountains for a wedding. We wish we could have had more time to relax in this exquisitely appointed rustic lodge. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is spectacular. Even though the interior is superb, we were all drawn to the shady upper porch/deck with the comfortable seating. I made a new batch of nectar for the hummingbirds, and placed the feeder on a corner of the railing for hours of entertainment and hummingbird drama. The 2 bedrooms and third bunk room (sleeps 4) naturally accommodate 2 families with kids, or couples and single friends. The property is unique from most along the Cache La Poudre river in that it is across the river from route 14, and is quiet and secluded, with the Glen Echo Mountain amenities a short walk or drive away ... nice to have gas, some groceries, and a restaurant within reach. What a wonderful way for us to reconnect with Colorado, where we used to live. We will absolutely return for a longer stay."

  • Great location, Very comfortable accomodations

    Tim M.

"My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Estes Park with my parents and sister's family, nine of us in total. Jane's Spa Cabin was the perfect size for us and was very comfortable all around. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. that you would ever need. The location was ideal, only a few minutes from downtown Estes Park, and 5 minutes from the entrance to RMNP. Being right on the Big Thompson River was a treat, with easy access to fishing and the relaxing sound of running water. If you have any elderly members of your party who have trouble with stairs, please note that there is a substantial flight of stairs to get to the main living area and kitchen."

  • Excellent Birthday Weekend

    Dan O.

"My fiancé and I rented Larry's cabin for my 30th Birthday Weekend. I booked late and arrived early, but Larry was more than accommodating! We really appreciated the extra effort he put into making our stay ultra comfortable. We found the home very cozy and enjoyed warming up next to the fire place after a dip in the hot tub. We also had a great time grilling on the back deck and trying out our piano and drum skills in the music area - a really fun addition! It was just the 2 of us, but the cabin can house quite a few guests with ample bedding and common space. I would highly recommend to others!"

  • Perfect location, beautiful scenery, attentive owners .. everything you could ask for, and then some

    Nancy J.

"Our multi-generation family of 16 had the pleasure of spending one week in Ed's beautiful home situated on the golf course. Ed was attentive to our needs and ensured we knew his home was 'our home'. The kitchen was fully stocked of multiple sets of utensils and pots and pans, the den had plenty of games, the home was large enough so we did not feel cramped and ...... the house was clean, clean, clean!!!! The patio off the kitchen afforded us the best scenery to dine/relax with the hummingbirds throughout the day and watch the Elk in the evening. Some in our family took advantage of the hot tub and some used the workout equipment. The home's location is minutes from downtown Estes Park, where we had no problems parking and no shortage of dining options (highly recommend Poppy's). The area has so much to offer from horseback riding, shopping, white water rafting to driving an hour into the mountains to play in the snow in the middle of June and so much more. Estes Park is definitely a place you want to vacation and this home is definitely where you want to stay. Many thanks to Ed and Betty!"
