  • Art Lovers Paradise

"Beautiful art, excellent kitchen and entertainment spaces, gorgeous back yard, easy and beautiful location. Our family reunion was made very special by our stay. We so enjoyed the lush front yard and the gorgeous seating area around the fountain in the private back yard. The house stayed remarkably cool on 90+ degree days. The description was very accurate and Dan was very responsive and generous. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. I would definitely recommend this house."

  • Great Girls Weekend!

"Perfect set up for a girls weekend! Great layout and view - Had elk bugling at night right outside the back door! Michele was very accommodating and easy to work with - we would definitely stay here again."

  • WOW! A wonderful home with a great view

"We just spent a week at Hill House. There were 6 adults and 1 infant. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom and a powder room to boot. Plenty of hot water and everything was clean! The house is very inviting and comfortable. even for 7. The views of the mountains, deer, elk and even the hummingbirds made each visit to the front porch a delight. Trish was great and helped us work through some reservation problems. She made a point to visit with us on the first day and give some good advice on visiting RNMP. We highly recommend this house for your next vacation rental - unless it conflicts with our next visit."

  • Perfect place to stay while in Estes!

"My husband and I stayed at Bear Bottom Cabin for our first Valentine's Day together as a married couple. We could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Everything about the cabin was amazing. Next time we come back to Estes, we are definitely staying here versus a hotel. It has everything you need and more. The location is literally blocks from downtown, The Stanley, Safeway....etc. The cabin was equipped with all the essentials (full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, plates EVERYTHING) and the hot tub was a MAJOR bonus. Even though the winter weather brought in strong winds and some stinging snow, none of it mattered the second we got in the hot tub and stared up at the stars and the awesome view of The Stanley. The cabin is located in the middle of a neighborhood (some rentals, some residential) but you still get a good sense of privacy and isolation. It was so quiet and peaceful. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. So comfortable, in fact, that my husband and I found ourselves sleeping in until noon! That never happens! If you find yourself trying to decide where to stay in Estes, make things easy for yourself and just stay here. You will absolutely not regret it."
