  • Picturesque, clean mountain home!

"My wife and I along with our two small children (1yr & 3yrs) rented this awesome house for a last minute ski vacation in March/2016. Judith was extremely friendly and responsive to our many inquiries. The house was exactly as described and couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs. It was fully stocked with all the required household items any family would need including kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, DirecTV, laundry and bedding. We did have an issue with the bathroom plumbing one morning but a quick text to Judith and she had a maintenance guy make the repairs before we were back later that afternoon. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet right at the base of a mountain or really big rocky hill at least, even has deer roaming the streets on several occasions which our kids loved! The town couldn’t have been more perfect. There was a ski rental store in town that served us wonderfully, a library for the kids and for our printing needs and I can’t speak enough praise to the Shell station (yes… “Shell” station) that supplied our breakfast and lunch needs every day. They have a lady in the back that makes a long list of homemade goodies daily. Every morning we would stop in and get several breakfast burritos, coffee (bad ass coffee at that!) pastries and lunch items to feed a family of 4 to bring to the ski resort for later. I can tell you that I was unable to spend more than $16.00 on all of these items when it cost $13.00 at the resort for one coffee and one mango juice. I can’t stress enough how great this shell station is and if you don’t try them then you’re certainly missing out! I highly recommend this property and our family will definitely be calling Judith for our next Colorado ski trip!"

  • couldn't' have asked for more

"NIcki's North Boulder home was PERFECT! VERY clean and comfortably furnished. Two master suites worked out very nicely for our family. North Boulder was great; close enough to do Downtown activities, but then go "home" to peace and quiet while still having everything we could want close by....Good shopping and restaurants within a walk. NIcki was wonderful to work with too....renting her home made our vacation extra special."

  • clean and roomy

"Our first morning we were having coffee on the porch overlooking the river and two beautiful elk walked through the yard. The house was roomy, comfortable and clean. The appliances and bath fixtures are modern. We had a mechanical problem with one of the appliances and the owner had it fixed by the next day. It is within walking distance of a great donut shop, downtown Estes Park, and a youth entertainment park with serious go-carts, bumper cars, miniature golf and more. The house and its location contributed to our extended family having a great week enjoying Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Thanks Jane."

  • Beautiful House in the Mountains

"This was my first time in Boulder Colorado and only 2nd time in America, having been to Florida in 2009. Boulder area is so much nicer than Florida, it's a beautiful town, no high rise, good restaurants and plenty to do, from Indoor Rock Climbing without ropes, Free Running (Apex) for my son, a creek that goes through boulder and beautiful walks etc,. Now the House, which is 15/20 minutes from Boulder (best Road to go up and down is Lee Hill Drive), The House is beautiful and very well maintained. The Ground floor has the Pool/Table Tennis, Darts and Wii in and is great, my teenagers have much improved at Pool and Darts. The 2nd Bedroom is on this floor and has a large Bed and lovely ensuite, my daughter (13) loved it. The living/Kitchen area is great and Kitchen is very well equipped although could do with more knives and forks as had to keep getting them out of the dish washer. The TV area is great as well and all four of us could easily sit on the sofa to watch a film. This floor also has a good utility and bathroom opposite the 3rd Bedroom which is smaller but still a good size, only downside is that if the bed is made into a double/king it's quite short (my son is 6ft) and the bed has a dip in the middle (which could be rectified by putting a quilt or something underneath), he therefore slept sideways, but by the end of the two weeks was complaining that his back was hurting as the bed is not as comfortable as the 2nd and Master Bedroom. Master Bedroom, is huge, with lovely on suite, Bed is extremely comfortable. The outside space is great with the creek, gazebo etc,. It's a very lovely house and was very enjoyable. There are Road Repairs going on at the moment, but we were very lucky that they did not affect us at the time of our holiday. Would recommend Eldorado Springs (outside pool with slide and diving board great for kids) and mountain trail. Chautauqua has lovely walks and a good park and Restaurant too. Had a great holiday, Marcus was always extremely helpful would recommend."
