  • Close to the Marina

"Great way to join our family/friends who were camping at the reserved camping spaces at Inlet Bay. We could join them at the Lake, sit by the campfire and then return to the comfortable bed, hot shower and kitchen just up the road! Comfortable, clean and quiet. Lori was great!"

  • Wonderful Mountain Getaway

"I entertained out-of-state guests in Mountain Views and it was everything I hoped for. Breathtaking views, plenty of space, "cabiny" decor, great location...this place has it all! The owner was super easy to work with and the cabin is exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend this cabin for visitors to the Estes Park area. Because of the layout, it would be especially great for two couples - each couple would have a bedroom, bathroom, living room and deck/patio to enjoy. The upper level also houses the kitchen and dining area. We couldn't think of a single thing we'd change and wished we could have spent more time in this special place."

  • Picturesque, clean mountain home!

"My wife and I along with our two small children (1yr & 3yrs) rented this awesome house for a last minute ski vacation in March/2016. Judith was extremely friendly and responsive to our many inquiries. The house was exactly as described and couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs. It was fully stocked with all the required household items any family would need including kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, DirecTV, laundry and bedding. We did have an issue with the bathroom plumbing one morning but a quick text to Judith and she had a maintenance guy make the repairs before we were back later that afternoon. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet right at the base of a mountain or really big rocky hill at least, even has deer roaming the streets on several occasions which our kids loved! The town couldn’t have been more perfect. There was a ski rental store in town that served us wonderfully, a library for the kids and for our printing needs and I can’t speak enough praise to the Shell station (yes… “Shell” station) that supplied our breakfast and lunch needs every day. They have a lady in the back that makes a long list of homemade goodies daily. Every morning we would stop in and get several breakfast burritos, coffee (bad ass coffee at that!) pastries and lunch items to feed a family of 4 to bring to the ski resort for later. I can tell you that I was unable to spend more than $16.00 on all of these items when it cost $13.00 at the resort for one coffee and one mango juice. I can’t stress enough how great this shell station is and if you don’t try them then you’re certainly missing out! I highly recommend this property and our family will definitely be calling Judith for our next Colorado ski trip!"

  • Wedding weekend

"Our grown children stayed at the carriage house over labor day weekend for our daughters wedding. It was very conveniently located for them, within walking distance of everything they needed. The property itself is very cozy and quiet and with just the right amount of space for four people. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying in Boulder."
