  • Nice home close to the river

"We just returned from a weeks stay in the "spa cabin". It is a lovely home very close to the river. It had very comfortable beds and nice roomy bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with just about every pan, dish, or utensil you could need. The only reason I did not give it a five star review is because the pictures are a little deceiving regarding the outdoor space. The outdoor space is VERY small (the patio table & chairs pretty much take up the whole space). It is also VERY close to the cabin next door. (Only a few feet seperate the two) the river extends the entire front portion of the home which is extremely nice but the backside butts up to a storage facility and tire shop. Those two things never inconvenienced us but they weren't very pretty to look at."

  • Perfect

"This house was perfect for our 3 generation family to help celebrate our 50th anniversary. We were with our 2 sons, their wives, and our 6 grandchildren ranging in ages from 13 - 20. The house is exactly as the pictures shows, but when actually there everything looks even better. We especially loved sitting around the fire pit on the deck together and taking in the extraordinary view of the mountains with the changing skies. We also loved the Great Room where we could all be together fixing a meal, watching TV, and playing game after game of Pool. The kids loved the basketball court and played many games of Horse. The Game Room and Sitting Room downstairs gave them time to themselves. There was more that enough room for all 12 of us. The dining room table let us spend some meals all eating together. It is beautiful. The house is decorated perfectly in the National Park theme. Julie was available to answer our questions. We would recommend this house to anyone. Julie and Steve, thank you for providing us with this perfect house for our family vacation."

  • Lovely Cabin Home !! Such a peaceful and clean place besides the rolling river

"What a lovely cabin home you have ! Such a peaceful and clean place besides the rolling river. Peaceful in the morning and evening hours. A great location to the beautiful mountains that we enjoyed. I loved being able to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in such a beautiful location. Estes park has changed so much since our honeymoon. Our son loved the hiking, go carts and especially the ATVs. What a blast. Your sea side style made us feel at home- even down to your "sea minerals" soap which we use at our home."

  • Lovely spot in a great location

"The Fryehouse is a lovely spot to take in Boulder's sights. The deck is gorgeous and overlooks the Flatirons, the space is clean and modern, and the kitchen is well appointed. Vivian and Lonny are great hosts, they are available at the drop of the hat but respect your privacy and personal space. I love their dog Blue, he's a big sweetheart and the chickens are so much fun to watch. This spot is a gem, so close to Pearl Street that you don't need to rent a car, and in a historic neighborhood. I'm looking forward to coming back."
