  • Great location, nice size rental

"I stayed here for New Years week with my boyfriend and his two kids. We skied at Eldora (easy 35 minute drive) and explored Boulder. It was great to be staying so close to Pearl Street Mall. The house is well laid out. The kitchen has most things you might need, plus some staples that have been left in the fridge (butter, coffee, jam). There were paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing soap, plenty of bath towels, even some tupperware-like containers. Both bathrooms had auxiliary heaters, which was nice - I love a toasty bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The house was nice and clean upon arrival. Parking was easy with two options: a narrow alley reserved spot, or a pass for street parking in front. The only problem we had during our stay was the oven, which was not functioning properly. I let Tenille know and she tried to get it repaired during our stay, but wasn't successful given the holiday. She was responsive to the situation and made a fair accommodation for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. There were a few things I wish the house had, most notably a blue tooth speaker to play music and a dresser in the first floor bedroom closet. Also, plan to bring your own bar soap and a box of tissues (assuming you have runny nose kids like we did ). Communication was great from start to finish. Thanks, Tenille! Definitely recommend."

  • Perfect by Pearl Street

"My husband and I and our 20 year old daughter stayed three nights in this cozy apartment. Everything was so clean and modern. My daughter slept on the futon style couch and was fine with it. The bed in the bedroom was so comfortable we would like to get that mattress for home. We were looking to be close to Pearl and all the restaurants and shops. We found ourselves walking twice a day. And walking to a great grocery store called Sprouts and the CU campus. We hiked the flatirons and went on a brewery tour at Boulder beer. Very relaxing getaway. P.S. the shower is funny but it works."

  • Wonderful place for a large family

"Our experience has been great. The place is spacious with 3 levels allowing two families to both hang out together and yet have some quiet down time in the second living room in the basement. Everything worked including the wonderful hottub to soothe aches and pains after a day spent hiking. The kitchen is well equipped and the owner lives not far away should you need help with anything. We cooked 3 meals a day, indoors and outdoors and did not feel the kitchen missed anything important, it was all there for us to use. Location is wonderful, allowing quick access to RMNP including the Wild Basin and Longs Peak trails, actually the location is about as good as it gets in Estes Park and the neighborhood is small and quiet with wonderful star gazing at night. The kids loved the elks that would hang out in the back yard as well as the "mini" mountain for them to explore. We will be back."

  • What a view!

"This house is great! The views are spectacular! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the bedding in the master bedroom. There was no blanket on the bed, the flat sheet was a queen on the king bed. Housekeeping had to know it was the wrong size when they made the bed. So the first night we were there we had to use towels to cover up. The heavy comforter would have been too much. I called the next day and asked for a king blanket but they never brought us one. We found a couple of extra small blankets in the other bedrooms so we solved the issue ourselves. But with a rental of this caliber you shouldn't have to do that. That problem aside, everything else was wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked. the home is very comfortable. It was great for the six of us."
