  • awesome location for family vacation or reunion!

"Our family stayed at Fall River Lodge to celebrate my parents' 35th anniversary. At our peak we had 17 adults and 6 kids hanging out, cooking & dining at the house and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. The property comes with everything you could want in a mountain getaway, and there were actually several amenities we didn't even realize were there until Bob mentioned them (ie: bikes, yard games in the shed). The patio tables and firepit down by the river were such a great spot and we had several exciting wildlife sightings! Great stay, would love to return-- location is great too! just a quick 3 minute drive down into Estes Park and about 12 min from the entrance to RMNP."

  • Former Boulderite

"My husband and I spent a month at Shana and Doug's home. It is such a cozy home with great energy & a fantastic location! We have lived in Boulder before and just love the Wonderland Lake area. There was a fenced in yard for our dog and this was a great addition for us. Also, you are just steps away from walking/running/biking/hiking trails, so if you want to get outdoors quickly and enjoy this aspect of Boulder, you will be in the perfect place at this home! In addition, Lucky's Market and the rest of their suite of stores (bakery, liquor, coffee shop, etc.) are easily within walking distance just down the street. There are multiple restaurants as well that you can walk to in the North Boulder area and you are also quite close to all that downtown Boulder has to offer (a bit of a longer walk, but certainly a short drive or Uber ride away). .....There is a great outdoor deck as well for lounging or having a small dinner gathering. Clean, comfortable, and close-in ....highly recommend Shana and Doug's home!"

  • This "cabin" is perfect if you are looking for a restful, beautiful relaxing vacation in the mts

"The location was close to town by car and even closer on foot, though a little breath taking literally :). The "cabin" is very clean and cozy, full of light. The huge dining room table was perfect for conversations, meals and board games. A wonderful supply of puzzles, books and games are provided by the owner. The are also great movies to be enjoyed. The separate little studio downstairs accomadated our daughter, husband and two dogs very well. There is a separate entrance to the studio, with an adorable little patio perfect for a little "me" time, or tea as you relaxed watching the mule dear stroll past the house. The neighborhood is quiet. From the deck you can enjoy beautiful star gazing over the town of Estes Park. I thank the owner for providing everything you may need when you first arrive and beyond. TP , PT, dish soaps, laundry soaps, trash bags etc. No worries about having to shop right away upon arrival. We did not use the wood stove upstairs but I am sure on a cold winter night it would be perfect. I have a personal connection to these Rocky Mts. I know I will return one day and when I do I know it will be to this wonderful "cabin" in Estes Park. This time hopefullyfor longer. Thank you Christie for all your loving care in this house. You allowed us our privacy but you were always available quickly to answer any questions. Do not hesitate renting this "cabin" it is PERFECT Thank You. ❤️❤️❤️"

  • Great location and comfortable home!

"We came to Boulder for CU Family Weekend. Wanted a house to be able to send time with our daughter. This place was perfect! We had plenty of room for all 4 of us. Cute kitchen to cook our daughter a home cooked meal she was so looking forward to. Location was perfect. Close to Pearl Street and quiet neighborhood. House was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable as well. Nice big backyard. Driveway for parking instead of street parking which was a plus because street parking can be hard to come by. Cute porch and rocking chairs to relax on. Nice having two bathrooms. Washer and dryer were nice to have with a college student. BBQ was a plus. Owner was very nice. Would come back!!!"
