  • Full of delights!

"We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the cozy, well-appointed space. It was really fun to imagine the love that went into building this place. It was also delightfully close to downtown and everything else we know and love about Boulder. Thank you to the hosts for putting this together and we hope to return soon (we visit Boulder every year or two)."

  • awesome location for family vacation or reunion!

"Our family stayed at Fall River Lodge to celebrate my parents' 35th anniversary. At our peak we had 17 adults and 6 kids hanging out, cooking & dining at the house and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company. The property comes with everything you could want in a mountain getaway, and there were actually several amenities we didn't even realize were there until Bob mentioned them (ie: bikes, yard games in the shed). The patio tables and firepit down by the river were such a great spot and we had several exciting wildlife sightings! Great stay, would love to return-- location is great too! just a quick 3 minute drive down into Estes Park and about 12 min from the entrance to RMNP."

  • Lovely spacious home for our reunion.

"Eight of us old high school friends gathered here for a celebration of our 60th birthdays - and we had a blast. The home comfortable accommodated all of us. The kitchen and dining area is fantastic, and we enjoyed several chefs in the kitchen at once! We frequently gathered together throughout this well designed home, but also felt privacy when we needed it. The hot tub was perfect and offered a relaxing respite after days of hiking. Day trips are abundant and fun from this location - and we enjoyed a long hike up Guanella Pass and had fun on the Georgetown Loop train ride. Downtown historic Georgetown is a hoot as well. Our entire weekend was a success. Our only complaint (and reason for four stars instead of five) is that the house is very near I-70, as is all of Georgetown. So the traffic noise was unrelenting. With the windows closed, it wasn't so bad, but the noise made it less than perfect in terms of a real "retreat" location. Thanks for your hospitality!"

  • Staying in Boulder, look no further

"If you’re staying in Boulder, look no further. This house is very nice. Excellent house in a great neighborhood. We stayed from 8/31-9/10/16 in the basement apartment. Very comfortable beds, spacious living room area and kitchen. We had our own house keys that made it easy to come and go. Used the washer and dryer upstairs twice. Would have paid 3-4 times as much for these accommodations in a hotel. Highly recommend staying here."
