  • Perfect little spot for our weekend getaway...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the carriage house. The space was clean and comfortable with excellent attention to the little details. Being within quick walking distance to all the Old Town shops and restaurants was awesome."

  • Outstanding location with great views

"This was a wonderful experience for everything to do with Rocky Mountain National Park. It didnt hurt that we woke up to an entire herd of elk right outside our home. Watching these magnificient animals was a real treat. We also spent every day hiking in multiple parts of the park! It was easy, close access to the park so got to watch the elk in horesshoe park and sheeps lake. We drove to Grand Lake one day and hiked a trail on the way so all in all we were on an outside, hiking trip. Now onto the house! It was perfect for us. There are three nice bedrooms, a dining room overlooking the mountains as well as a nice kitchen. The master bedroom is upstairs and waking up "in the mountains" was really great! We slept with the upstairs doors open and it was perfect weather. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you need to cook. We cooked most nights choosing to not fight the crowd during elk fest. The Dunraven Inn has excllent food and located near the house. I highly suggest it! The owner also contacted me a few times as well and it was nice to know if we needed anytning he was available. Overall a wonderful home, located in proximity to the park and a great way to spend time in the mountains!!"

  • Perfect location for a family get away.

"The house is well suited for adults and children. Comfortable beds and very clean. We felt right at home and throughly enjoyed Georgetown. There are several parks that our grandchildren loved. We built a snowman and left him there with his black hat, red scarf, carrot nose, button eyes and coal mouth. Thank you Renee for sharing your home with us. We made memories we will never forget. • Great home away from home

"We rented this "apartment" (entire first floor of house) for an entire week. It was the perfect size for a family of 4! It was so well furnished, owners thought of many little extras like an abundance of dishes and glasses, sugar and spices in the pantry, and butter in the fridge. We were able to cook breakfast in the mornings and even used the grill one evening. Thought we would use the bikes but sadly never did. The beds were super comfy, sheets and towels top quality. Location was wonderful: made day trips into Denver and up to Estes Park, hiked the flatirons of Chautauqua Park and went into Left Hand Canyon. Had dinner up at Gold Hill Inn...check out their website! The only downsides (which we knew going in) were that it had one bathroom and no air conditioning (sadly Boulder had a heat wave the week we were there). Owners are great communicators, answered all questions we had. I would gladly stay there again as well as recommend it to friends."
