"Every extra piece of information helps fellow travelers make the right decision. Detailed reviews of vacation rental homes makes finding the perfect place easier Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc ? Yes. Was the property clean and well-maintained ? - Yes Did the owner provide good customer service ? The information that was supposed to be sent prior to the date wasn't sent, but fortunately there was someone there who was able to let us in and provide the information on wifi login information and where to find extra sheets. Would you recommend this property to your friends or relatives ? The living room was very small and not good for gathering, however, there was a patio with table and chairs and a grill that would be a great gathering spot. It was very close to town with off street parking, which is SO important if you have a car and need parking. Off street parking is hard to find. A fan for each bedroom would be nice. What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike near by ? Estes Park is great. We were able to hang out and shop in town and spend alot of time in the Rocky Mountain National Park. The best of both worlds. Learn more about our Review Guidelines"

  • The Real Deal

"If you are looking for an authentic cabin stay right by RMNP look no further. The separation of space would be great for a family with kids or 2 families since there are basically 2 living rooms with a door in between. We happened to use it for a romantic getaway for a mature couple and it was perfection. What more could you ask for than a hot tub and fire pit right on a rocky river. Sure there are condos across from you but it still feels way more private than anything else we saw in the area. Just a heads up! The checkout instructions make you turn the hot tub down to 70 degrees. When we checked in at 4 it was actually 64. It takes one hour per every 10 degrees to heat up. So maybe don't plan on using it the first night unless you are night owls. Also you are required to wash the towels. We found this tricky with showering the morning of checkout with all else we needed to do. Jane has thought of absolutely everything!! Robes and flip flops to go to the hot tub, spices, great DVDs, well stocked kitchen, nice glassware, comfy beds. She makes sure everything is just right and very clean. Great wildlife watching! Turkeys walked through daily and a black bear came by one morning. Saw tons of elk on our way to the Safeway which is a short drive away."

  • Wonderful place for a relaxing getaway

"Our group of seven was planning on spending our weekend vacation exploring Colorado, but as soon as we got to this home, we fell in love with it so much we stayed there the entire trip. Incredible location, phenomenal views, modern amenities (the kitchen was a big highlight for us), and a cabin that feels open and inviting, but still let us split off into separate groups. The hot tub and fire pit were in use every night. Definitely check out the hiking trail behind the house. We can't wait to find an excuse to go back!"

  • Beautiful Natural Setting

"The Studio is adorable! It's a magical, serene setting just steps from the bike path. The owner's attention to detail was amazing, appreciated, and made it feel like home - right down to the tea selection that greeted us and the flashlights for evening walks. The spaciousness of the outdoor grounds was wonderful. Owner was very responsive and arrangements were easy. This place would be amazing any time of year, but fall was GORGEOUS. We will be back!"
