  • Perfect location and for a large group! Wonderful Experience!

"If you have a budget, and a large group looking for the best location in Aspen, stop looking now because this is the house you are looking for! We wanted a place that was close to town so we wouldn't have to drink and drive, or find parking and conveniently; Jeff&Judy's rental house is on the shuttle bus loop that comes every 15 minutes (to and from town). Skiing was a breeze, and almost a luxury experience. Having couples and singles in our large group was a total non issue, thanks to all the bedrooms and alternative floor plan layouts Jeff & Judy set up before we arrived. You get what you pay for, as this is not the fanciest house in Aspen, but it is very pretty, cozy and extremely functional. The new hot tub was amazing to have after skiing, and has a picturesque view of Aspen mountain! We would love to come back, because not only was the house in the best location but Jeff and Judy were wonderful for work with through the entire rental process. I would highly recommend their rental any day of the week! Hope you have as much fun as we did at this perfect VBRO!"

  • Our stay was very nice!

"As one of the other reviewers stated, and he's right, this place is great, but it's a bit dated.....Original mid-century furniture makes a great statement, just don't expect 'glitz'....expect 'comfortable' and well-used..... Having said that, it's also very complete, very comfortable, and very functional......Just get some new pillows for the extra pillow stash......small fix, big impression.... House has LOTS of towels, etc, etc......It really was everything we needed for our 10-day stay... And, the neighborhood is great.....quiet, backs up to an interesting historical cemetery, and is convenient, if not real close to town.....We never really had an issue with getting to/from town.....If you're new to Aspen like we were, it take a bit of learning to figure out the parking, but once you figure it out, it's great! Hint: Use the Rio Grande parking lot, and stay parked until after 6pm...most days we got out free of charge.....! Overall, this was a great place to stay....I'd rent it again....!"

  • amazing views

"spacious and comfortable house, with amazing views and convenient location. Lots of stairs since the house is multilevel (4 total) but that comes with having a house on the side of the mountain."

  • Well located and equipped. Perfect condo for Ski holiday.

"This condo is perfect for a ski holiday for a couple ( and perhaps one extra). Walking distance to gondola, bus station and town centre there is no need for a car or taxis. It is well equipped and comfortable so eating in is easy and pleasant. It was clean and well presented when we arrived and the owner was accessible, responsive and good to deal with. Recommended for couples with one child or guest."
