  • Great overall

"This was my first time using VRBO and won't be my last. I threw dozens of questions at the owner and he was nothing but patient and informative. The condo is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the town center. Our family of four had more than enough room. Great place, thank you!"

  • Cozy condo in a great location.

"This condo is perfect for Aspen because it isn't really big which makes you go out and about on the town. The location is fantastic with many of the better eating and watering holes within a 5-minute walk. Even though the condo isn't large, it is surprisingly roomy; the closets are good sized and the beds are comfortable. As far as Vanessa (the owner), she was fantastic. There isn't a front office in this building so you have to have a good, responsive owner and she was definitely that. Any time I texted her anything, she responded within 30 minutes. This part doesn't have anything to do with the condo and is more of me trying to save people some money. If you land in Aspen's airport, do NOT rent a vehicle unless you plan on leaving Aspen to explore on your own. Take a cab ride from the Airport instead. Aspen provides free shuttles to all 4 mountains as well as to Snowmass Village. We spent over $800 on a vehicle that we literally drove from the airport to Aspen and back because you can walk to anywhere in Aspen and take the shuttles to ski the four mountains. It sat parked for 4 days until we left. Huge waste of money. Hopefully this helps some people. Have a good day. Brandon"

  • AMAZING RENTAL- THE BEST HOUSE IN ASPEN

"Aspen is one of my favorite places on earth and this house helped make it that way. Walking into this house was amazing. Everything is done in first class style…from the chefs kitchen to the beautiful hardwood floors to the many large fireplaces to the insane view of Aspen Mountain. It is absolutely beautiful. There was more than enough room for our party and we utilized all the amazing amenities during our stay. The location of 110 Neale is fabulous. You are literally just a couple of blocks from the gondola and downtown so we walked everywhere! The homeowner could not have been more helpful in suggesting activities, chefs, and cleaning services. It was extremely helpful in planning a once in a lifetime vacation. We loved everything so much we are all excited to go back! I would recommend this house and all that comes with it to anyone!!"

  • Family Long Stay

"Our family from Australia stayed in this property from 5 Dec 2015 - 23 Jan 2016 . Together with our three kids (8, 11, 13) and their grandfather, we quickly felt like 981 King Street was home. Jeff is a wonderful host and a thoughtful manager – he decorated the house for Christmas and ensured the property was well maintained throughout our stay, from clearing snow to ensuring the hot tub was serviced, clean and…hot. The property has plenty of space for a large family with an sunny living / dining / lounge room, everything you’d need (and more) in the kitchen, lots of linen and low maintenance hard wood floors. The walk in robe in the Master bedroom is enormous, and there is plenty of storage / cupboards around the house – which was great for our long stay. We were also well catered for when taking a day off the mountain with new TV and cable, high speed Wi-fi, board games, books as well as lots of space for the kids to play outside, including around the lovely pond (and down to the river). You get unobstructed views of the mountain - great for the fireworks (from the hot-tub if you like...). It's in a quieter neighbourhood..so no night or day noise ... and it’s an easy walk downtown but it is also very close to the free Hunter Creek bus (only 2 stops to City Market...but I'd recommend Clarkes). You don’t need a car but if you have one, you can easily park 2 or 3 off the street. Can’t recommend this property enough – Jeff is a great guy and makes sure your stay in one of his properties will be comfortable and memorable."
