  • Outstanding in every way

    "I cannot say enough good things about this rental property. We were in Aspen for a wedding, and needed accomodations for 8 adults and 2 teenagers. This place has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Even with 10 people in the house it never felt crowded. The rooms were all a really good size and decorated quite nicely. The bathrooms were spotless. There is a window in the living room where you have an amazing view of the slopes at the top of the mountain! The living room could comfortably accomodate 10 people, the dining table sat 10, the kitchen was large enough for three of us to work comfortably. I hosted a dinner for both sides of our family, 20 people in total and there was plenty of room! The kitchen has all the necesseties you could want (two very large soup pots were a lifesaver). There was even laundry detergent, stain treatment and dryer sheets provided. One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed that can be split into two twins which was EXTREMELY convenient. Two parking spots right out front, just a few blocks from downtown, walking distance to almost everywhere. The list goes on and on. The listing description made me wonder if it was too good to be true, and I was so pleased to find that it was 100% spot on. This property exceeded my expectations. Communication with the owner was fantastic right from the beginning. When I paid for the rental there was a bit of confusion about how much my card would be charged (I thought the entire amount would be charged up front) and she cleared it up immediately. She answered any questions I had within a day. The rental management company was equally responsive. I called shortly after they closed to ask a question, but did not leave a message. First thing in the morning, they called me to ask what I needed. As the person responsible for researching and finding a rental that would make everyone happy, I was assured by each and every person that I had succeeded. I have been jokingly nominated as the person to find a rental for all future family functions (oh joy). If you rent this property, you will NOT be disappointed."

  • Great stay, horrible booking service.

    "Ritz Carlton customer service was over the top. Stay away from booking service the owner uses. Very rude and completely unhelpful once they have your money. Book directly through the Ritz Carlton."

  • Charming and comfortable

    "The property was nicely maintained, the property management was quick to respond to every inquiry, and the view of skiers on the mountain while sitting on the couch drinking coffee was relaxing. The location is fantastic. Everything was within walking distance (and I wore heels the whole time). Ski rentals, shuttle stops, shops, bars, and restaurants were all within a 3 block radius. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were small, but efficient and nicely decorated. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! For the price, this property is a steal! We loved Mezzaluna, The Wild Fig, Meat & Cheese, and smores in the St. Regis lobby!"
