  • Good place for a guys ski weekend

"Just returned from a long ski weekend in Aspen with 6 buddies. This condo was perfect for us - good location, plenty of room, 3 bathrooms, outdoor grill, 2 community hot tubs, walk to gondola, walk to grocery. It's a little dated, but priced accordingly. Brian was great to work with and very proactive to make sure everything was perfect. I would definitely return."

  • Fully-Loaded Condo with plenty of separation among guests (when needed) in prime downtown Aspen

"Rented Cascade West from Robert and his wife for an entire month. The unit was everything we were expecting, well equipped and reasonably maintained. With several adult couples here throughout the month the multiple floors and dual living/sitting rooms was fantastic, and would work equally well for families with children of any age. As they live next door, Robert was available for any of our needs, but never intrusive, and always friendly. When my wife was injured near the end of our trip, he even offered to fly her to Denver in his plane if needed. But the best part about Cascade West is the location. Right at the base of Aspen Mountain, the St Regis Spa a mere block away and most places in town a 5 minute walk. This is the place to stay for easy access to the wonderful selection of restaurants, bars and other activities you won't find staying anywhere in Snowmass Village!"

  • Awesome!

"This condo was perfect for my family of 4. Nice furnishings and very comfortable. The location was fantastic. Just a quick walk to the slopes or into town to shop. If we didn't feel like walking there was a very convenient free shuttle. The Gant has great amenities and my kids loved the pool, hot tubs, and the snack bar at the conference center. A fantastic trip and I'll be back next year."

  • Family Long Stay

"Our family from Australia stayed in this property from 5 Dec 2015 - 23 Jan 2016 . Together with our three kids (8, 11, 13) and their grandfather, we quickly felt like 981 King Street was home. Jeff is a wonderful host and a thoughtful manager – he decorated the house for Christmas and ensured the property was well maintained throughout our stay, from clearing snow to ensuring the hot tub was serviced, clean and…hot. The property has plenty of space for a large family with an sunny living / dining / lounge room, everything you’d need (and more) in the kitchen, lots of linen and low maintenance hard wood floors. The walk in robe in the Master bedroom is enormous, and there is plenty of storage / cupboards around the house – which was great for our long stay. We were also well catered for when taking a day off the mountain with new TV and cable, high speed Wi-fi, board games, books as well as lots of space for the kids to play outside, including around the lovely pond (and down to the river). You get unobstructed views of the mountain - great for the fireworks (from the hot-tub if you like...). It's in a quieter neighbourhood..so no night or day noise ... and it’s an easy walk downtown but it is also very close to the free Hunter Creek bus (only 2 stops to City Market...but I'd recommend Clarkes). You don’t need a car but if you have one, you can easily park 2 or 3 off the street. Can’t recommend this property enough – Jeff is a great guy and makes sure your stay in one of his properties will be comfortable and memorable."
