    "Our family from Australia stayed in this property from 5 Dec 2015 - 23 Jan 2016 . Together with our three kids (8, 11, 13) and their grandfather, we quickly felt like 981 King Street was home. Jeff is a wonderful host and a thoughtful manager – he decorated the house for Christmas and ensured the property was well maintained throughout our stay, from clearing snow to ensuring the hot tub was serviced, clean and…hot. The property has plenty of space for a large family with an sunny living / dining / lounge room, everything you’d need (and more) in the kitchen, lots of linen and low maintenance hard wood floors. The walk in robe in the Master bedroom is enormous, and there is plenty of storage / cupboards around the house – which was great for our long stay. We were also well catered for when taking a day off the mountain with new TV and cable, high speed Wi-fi, board games, books as well as lots of space for the kids to play outside, including around the lovely pond (and down to the river). You get unobstructed views of the mountain - great for the fireworks (from the hot-tub if you like...). It's in a quieter neighbourhood..so no night or day noise ... and it’s an easy walk downtown but it is also very close to the free Hunter Creek bus (only 2 stops to City Market...but I'd recommend Clarkes). You don’t need a car but if you have one, you can easily park 2 or 3 off the street. Can’t recommend this property enough – Jeff is a great guy and makes sure your stay in one of his properties will be comfortable and memorable."

  • Great stay, horrible booking service.

    "Ritz Carlton customer service was over the top. Stay away from booking service the owner uses. Very rude and completely unhelpful once they have your money. Book directly through the Ritz Carlton."

  • Stay on the Roaring Forks River

    "We had the most wonderful time in Aspen while stay at the condo located on the Roaring Forks River. It was clean, quaint, superb location, and quiet. We were able to walk into Aspen, hop on the bike trail and do all we wanted to do easily in Aspen. We had at the patio door open whenever we were at the condo to listen to the music of the river."
