  • Fit our needs well

"We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge! The unit seemed to fit our needs quite well. High points are the location, well-stocked cooking and meal-prep utensils, and laundry equipment. Would have like some brighter lighting in the kitchen and living room and perhaps some extra towels. Overall, a good enjoyable stay!"

  • Perfect House for our Family Vacation

"This gorgeous home was perfect for our three generation family gathering in July. We had plenty of space to spread out for alone time, as well as large areas to gather as a family. The house was immaculate and well furnished with everything we needed. We took the shuttle up to the village, but it was actually walkable from the house. We found the house to be an oasis of tranquility when we wanted to get away from the craziness of the 4th of July in the Vail Valley! Our grandchildren went paddle boarding on the lake in Avon, and especially enjoyed all the activities on Eagles Nest Ridge in Vail. Loved the deck for lunch/brunch, and the children were in the hot tub at the end of each day. While there are numerous excellent restaurants and shopping possibilities close by, we highly recommend the Columbine Bakery in Avon, and Zeno's restaurant in Edwards. We have stayed in several VRBO/Homeaway properties, and this ranks near the top."

  • Had a great time.

"The question is would I stay there again and the answer is resoundingly yes. The location for the peak 8 lifts is one bus stop away, which is about 100 feet from the apartment, and there is a regular bus service that will also take you into town. For us sea level folk the walk up to the lift was a bit challenging (hence why we took the bus) but the walk back (downhill) took about 10 minutes. There is one note of caution for light sleepers, the pipes for the baseboard heating do make a lot of noise as they heat up (easy solution, turn the heat down at night) and you can hear people walking in the apartment above, again did not bother me. As a note to Steve, the first night we arrived the upstairs tenant (Jason) decided to sand his floors at 3:30 am, I had a word with him and he was most apologetic, he did not realize that we were staying in your apartment for the week so I would suggest that there be some kind of notice to the tenants that it is not vacant. Again thanks for making your home available to myself and my son."

  • Lovely spacious quiet condo

"We enjoyed a lovely though short time in this condo with friends. It was a fantastic experience for our two families! The condo is spacious and well equipped with stunning mountain views and lovely trails just outside the door. The community pool and hot tub were fun for our kids. Being in walking distance of shops and restaurants was also so convenient, a perfect location! Wish we would have planned a longer stay!!"
