  • open space - fire places (2) - big rooms - walking distance to everything!

"We could ask for a better spot! This spacious two bedroom was tucked back on the south end of town... The fireplace in the living room was a welcoming sight! The walk to town was an easy fives minutes... We weren't able to ski this time around... But! Found a hiking trail right next to the ski lift... The master bedroom was equipped with a king bed and one hek of heat producing fireplace! We'd easily come back to stay at this place in the winter timeframe! Thanks for letting us stay Greg..."

  • Loved this house!

"We so enjoyed this house! The layout is great - bedrooms on the bottom and a large, open cooking/eating/living area on top. We really liked the contemporary décor and the quality of the furnishings. We also enjoyed and the feeling of privacy even though we were a short walk away from Lionshead. The house was so well appointed...we were able to find everything we needed from toothpaste to a hairdryer to plastic containers and travel mugs. The location is extremely convenient. Not only could you walk to Lionshead in about 10 minutes, Vail Village is only a 5 minute drive. The house is perfect for 2 to 4 people...beyond that it would feel a little crowded. Only two items keep us from rating this a 5. The first is the noise level from the highway below. We hadn't realized just how close the house is to I70. The second is some evidence that a dog had lived in the house. Although the house was very clean, we could see dog hairs here and there. Despite these two items, we would stay here again. It's a fantastic house!"

  • Great place for ski-in/ski-out at Breckenridge!

"To get as terrific a condo in such a location is almost unheard-of! Our family of four loved staying at Blue Sky. If you rent at Charter Sports, it's incredibly easy to grab your skis, poles, and boots and head up a few short steps to the lift. We would recommend returning via Four O'Clock instead of the Snowflake trail -- a lot less catwalking! As for the condo, it had everything we needed: comfortable living room for hanging out and watching TV, beds that were appropriately-sized, cookware that got us through 4 breakfasts and lunches (and we even cooked two of our four nights), WiFi that worked! We would gladly return to this location!"
