"A cozy condo with a beautiful view, good natural light and very comfortable furnishing. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Conveniently located to the bus stop on Main Street or a short walk into downtown Aspen. The complex is well maintained and one of the nicer developments in Aspen. I travel a lot and this was a very good fit for our needs."

  • Charming and comfortable

"The property was nicely maintained, the property management was quick to respond to every inquiry, and the view of skiers on the mountain while sitting on the couch drinking coffee was relaxing. The location is fantastic. Everything was within walking distance (and I wore heels the whole time). Ski rentals, shuttle stops, shops, bars, and restaurants were all within a 3 block radius. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were small, but efficient and nicely decorated. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! For the price, this property is a steal! We loved Mezzaluna, The Wild Fig, Meat & Cheese, and smores in the St. Regis lobby!"

  • Great Vacation!

"We have stayed at The Hyatt Grand Aspen 3 times and have loved it every time. This is a spectacular property. We have booked our trip each time with Tami Brown from Last Hoorah! Resort Destinations. Tami has been wonderful to work with. She has always managed to get us the best condo at the best prices. I definitely recommend using Tami for your booking needs at the Grand Hyatt Aspen. I have given Tami's name to several of my friends and they have enjoyed working with Tami as well. You will enjoy your stay at the Grand Hyatt Aspen. It is wonderful. They have maid service twice a day and treat you as their guest in every way . Also, the Hyatt offers a wonderful breakfast everyday . Free of charge. You definitely will enjoy your stay there. You will feel like it is your home away from home!"

  • Family Long Stay

"Our family from Australia stayed in this property from 5 Dec 2015 - 23 Jan 2016 . Together with our three kids (8, 11, 13) and their grandfather, we quickly felt like 981 King Street was home. Jeff is a wonderful host and a thoughtful manager – he decorated the house for Christmas and ensured the property was well maintained throughout our stay, from clearing snow to ensuring the hot tub was serviced, clean and…hot. The property has plenty of space for a large family with an sunny living / dining / lounge room, everything you’d need (and more) in the kitchen, lots of linen and low maintenance hard wood floors. The walk in robe in the Master bedroom is enormous, and there is plenty of storage / cupboards around the house – which was great for our long stay. We were also well catered for when taking a day off the mountain with new TV and cable, high speed Wi-fi, board games, books as well as lots of space for the kids to play outside, including around the lovely pond (and down to the river). You get unobstructed views of the mountain - great for the fireworks (from the hot-tub if you like...). It's in a quieter neighbourhood..so no night or day noise ... and it’s an easy walk downtown but it is also very close to the free Hunter Creek bus (only 2 stops to City Market...but I'd recommend Clarkes). You don’t need a car but if you have one, you can easily park 2 or 3 off the street. Can’t recommend this property enough – Jeff is a great guy and makes sure your stay in one of his properties will be comfortable and memorable."
