  • Loved the village!

"This property was fantastic! We loved the river run village where it was located. The condo itself was very nice and exactly what we wanted. We would love to stay here again sometime!"

  • Lives up to all the previous accolades!

"What can I say, Cold Water Creek Lodge exceeded my expectations which were set pretty high based on all previous comments. The location of the lodge beneath Quandary Peak out the front door and viewed from the Great Room and the Blue River out the back door with mountains in the background is just perfect. I love opening the window in the kitchen, which by the way is fully equipped and love the dual dish washers, to listen to the river rushing by. The Ronchetti's really did a phenomenal job in picking the location, and building such an inviting and warm lodge. The only recommendations I would make is upgrading the speakers in the Great Room for the stereo. I am a bit of an audiophile so take that into consideration, but they could be replaced. We also never got the outdoor backyard speakers to work? Not a big deal. The only other negative comment came from one of our guests who slept on the pull out bed in the Game Room and commented that is was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, we had a great time at the lodge, explored the McCullough Gulch trail, fished the Blue, and just had a wonderful time. I know my brother is interested in bringing the family during Winter and has expressed interest in staying at Cold Water Creek as well! Wonderful job you guys and can't wait to return sometime in the future. I highly recommend this lodge!"

  • Perfect Location!

"We recently spent 4 days in Breckenridge at the Safari Suite and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It is located above a bicycle shop on the Main Street in Breck, and is so convenient to all the shops and restaurants. The suite is toasty warm in winter with radiant floor heat and is light and bright with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows (one of which has a beautiful mountain view. The finishing touches are very high end, with a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, lovely tile floors, and some neat decor from Africa. There is a nice gas fireplace, flat screen TV and a very comfortable bed. We were concerned that it might be noisy, being right on Main St., but it really isn't. The bathroom is quite nice as well, with two sinks, a jacuzzi tub/shower, and lots of counter space for toiletries. We highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Breckenridge!"

  • A Wonderful Vacation Cabin!

"We recently rented this cabin and it was absolutely wonderful! It is beautifully decorated and well stocked for anything you need. It as a nice front deck and a great back deck with a grill and patio table that overlooks the nice forest. This is where we saw our first beautiful moose only 10 feet away! We also had the chance to see a fox and her babies and deer. There is a nice trail leading up the mountain from right behind the cabin. It is only a few minutes from the main street in Breckenridge so very convenient yet far enough away it is so quiet and peaceful. It fit 8 people just fine and we very much enjoyed our stay. We plan on coming back here and can't wait!!!! Thank you so much!"
