  • Fantastic Space, Great Location

"Went on a week-long ski trip with two friends in January, and had a WONDERFUL time. First of all, this place looks even better in person than in the pictures! The space is just beautiful e.g. large guest bedroom, high ceilings all around, impressively beautiful bathroom...this rental has all the makings of a luxurious home away from home. BTW, the loft space is a good size and quite semi-private. Second, Laura is an amazing host: very attentive, helpful, and responsive. All our questions about the rental were answered promptly, and I never felt uncomfortable asking her for suggestions on what to do around town. Her generosity did not go unnoticed! Overall, we were so pleased with our experience. We would definitely want to stay here again if/when we return to Aspen. Book today! A+"

  • Came to ski. Decided to stay in and enjoy the home, instead!

"We travel at least 6x/year and this home, bar none, is the best place we've ever stayed. The rooms are large including all the bedrooms. The beds were super comfortable and the linens are finer than we use in our own home, and we're very particular about that. It was surprisingly large. Felt like much larger than 5000 s.f. as we have a 6500 sf home and this seemed like a bigger vacation home than we're used to having. There were no problems with any of the property elements. We made a few nice meals in the perfectly useful kitchen. 4 gas burners and a gas broiler plus the outdoor grill were perfect. The owner was kind enough to allow us to bring our non-shedding, family dogs and they thoroughly enjoyed the yard. The outdoor furniture was well maintained and the hot tub was large and well maintained. The yard itself was well taken care of. This translates to the kids and dogs didn't get dirty. I don't want to go on and on about this. I just want anyone who reads this to know that that whereas I normally don't spend quite so much in a vacation home, this one was worth double. Maybe that's an exaggeration, but it definitely was good value and a wonderful home for our large family. It's frankly large enough for two families and I spoke with the owner about using it over the summer for that purpose. As soon as we get our dates arranged with my brother and his wife, we'll come back here for a summer holiday. Really a nice place."

"We loved our Aspen stay. Steven was terrific to work with in getting everything arranged and the location could not have been more perfect. His condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and we would definitely stay here again if coming to Aspen."

  • Stylish, well-equipped and clean

"This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in a quiet area, but is a quick walk to Aspen’s key areas – Ajax Mountain/Silver Queen Gondola, dining, nightlife, shopping, the City Market and the bus station. The condo has been renovated and features a modern kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances, including a front-loading washer and dryer. The rental included clothes and dishwashing soap, coffee (starter) supplies, a welcome bottle of wine and every-other-day maid service. There also is designated parking (which we didn’t use because everything is so close) and ski storage. Plantation shutters in the bedrooms are well-positioned for blocking out the morning sun, which shines early and bright. The two king-size beds are extremely comfortable with a generous allotment of pillows. Although on the small side, the bathrooms are clean and well stocked with towels and generously-sized toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, bar soap). The comfortable, open main living space is roomy and receives good afternoon light. The kitchen is furnished with everything needed to prepare meals. Brian, the property manager, is easy to reach and responsive to address any needs during your stay. Overall, this is a great condo which offers a good value for the price."
