  • Great Family Time

"We were very happy with the property and we traveled from the front range for a 4-day ski weekend with our 6 and 8 year-olds. The property was very clean and welcoming. The owner has taken great care to fix it up for a great stay. The whole family enjoyed trying out the steam shower. We love playing games in the family room by the gas fireplace. We would definitely stay here again. We also found the Granby Ranch a great place for the kids to become more comfortable with skiing."

  • Loving every minute of it!

"This was a fabulous property and we were very happy to be able to spend five nights here. We arrived after Christmas and staying through New Year's Eve. Property looks just as described. We're frequent VRBO renters and we're always looking for decent reviews when deciding on a property to rent, so I wanted to provide our feedback. The views are amazing. The hot tub after a day on the slopes was heavenly and soothing for our sore muscles. The house was well stocked with the essentials, we bought toilet paper trash bags paper towels and detergents but none of that was necessary. They also provided a welcome basket with a nice bottle of wine. On trash day, someone stopped by and dragged the roller bin up to the street so we didn't have to fool with it. Good supply of DVD and board games. Very peaceful and relaxing and while it's nice to be close to the slopes this feels much more secluded and appropriate for a mountain getaway especially for the non-skiers. A couple things to consider. The garage is tight for a full size SUV, we drive a Yukon XL and it might barely fit but I didn't chance it fortunately we had mostly clear skies during our stay. The roads and driveway are well plowed but I think 4wd is needed. And I wish they had a fireplace, we didn't try out the wood burning stove, the heat in this place is fantastic so I didn't feel like messing with the stove. Thanks again to Ron for renting us this place and we're hoping to return in the future!!"

  • Summer Family Reunion

"Absolutely wonderful place for a family reunion with 17 guests including 7 children (ages 3-15). This home provided everything we could have hoped for and more. The weather was rainy off and on for much of our stay but the amenities (ping pong, pool, theater room, hot tub, x-box and over all space) made up for it. When we were not able to be outside there was always something for the kids to do inside. The thought put into this house and the wonderful furnishings (not cheap rental furniture) makes me want to own a home like this when "I grow up". The owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay and even returned our deposit within a couple days. We would not hesitate to rent this home again, it was GREAT."
