  • Another Wonderful Experience

"We recently booked a 3-night stay in a 1BR unit at the Hyatt Grand Aspen through Tami Brown, and once again the experience was wonderful all the way from the booking process through our time at the Hyatt. We hope to continue doing this every year!"

  • EVERYTHING a Couple Needs!

"Smartly outfitted condo for two in a quiet location with extremely convenient accessibility to restaurants. Rubey Park free buses, gondola, shops and a parking spot. There is a hot tub in the complex for rejuvenating your legs after skiing or hiking. It has a great kitchen with enough equipment for a chef. We were a bit wary of a Murphy bed, but it was very comfortable and had nice linens. Good lighting and a small electric fireplace/heater which was a nice touch. (There is regular heat with a thermostat also.) Lots of storage if you have to bring everything like we do. The listing photos look just like the apartment. It is compact but very cozy. Kristine is the best hostess and will answer any questions or glitches you may have right away. We'll be back."

  • Perfect Location

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryan's lovely condo in the Aspen Core. It is perfectly situated as a base for enjoying Aspen's fine restaurants and shops. The deck and hot tub offer a fabulous view of Ajax (Aspen Mountain) over the Hyman pedestrian mall but with plenty of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. Beds are comfortable. Be prepared for the 3 flights of stairs, a bit of a challenge until you get acclimated to the altitude. Bathrooms are basic with plenty of hot water. It is very convenient to the Ruby Park bus area for free shuttles to Snowmass, Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands. There is a fun disco in the basement of the building, but, thankfully, noise is minimal on the 3rd floor. Ellina's restaurant, 2 doors away, is one of the best. Ryan was a great host and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. If you do not need to be in a ski in/out location, this cannot be beat! Highly recommended!"

  • It's All About The View...plus more!

"This property has beautiful views of the mountains stretching from Aspen mountain to Snowmass and beyond! As an added bonus, you get to see airplanes arrive & depart from the Aspen airport (your own daily air show)! But, you are far enough away from the airport and hwy 82 that the noise factor is minimal. The description of the home is correct...elegant, chic, funky. This house is NOT "over the top Aspen glitzy"...it's more fun & has more character. You enter the home on the level where you find the guest bedroom & bath. The loft is a steep climb from the entry level (has a bed in the loft, but basically this area just serves to enhance the property by giving it higher ceilings). The main living area & master bedroom/bath is downstairs from the entry. The master bedroom is big and has a comfortable queen bed along with a claw foot tub in one corner of the room...the master bath also serves as the main floor bathroom. This bathroom has a "sunken, open shower" which is cool, but has a few deep steps to get into it (no annoying glass shower doors to keep clean). If stairs bother you, this may not be the right place for you, but we found it easy & comfortable and the stairs were just part of our daily workout. We travel with 2 dogs who are part of our family...there are no trails within walking distance from the property, but a short car trip down the mountain hooks you up with many trails to walk, bike or hike. Personally, all I ask is if you rent this property (and you should) that you properly pick up and dispose of any pet waste (even in "natural areas" waste builds up and should be removed) ...respect the property. The owner lives in an attached house, but you rarely see her and the homes are built in such a way that privacy is not an issue."
