  • Nice condo!Perfect location!

"We stayed in unit #39 at the Roaring Fork Chateau. It was great. The condo was comfortable for our family of 5 adults, and the location was really convenient for the things we wanted to do. We were able to walk to the grocery, restaurants, bike rentals, the gondola, etc. The condo itself was very well furnished...plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We grilled dinner on the grill two nights during our stay. There was a coffee maker, washer and dryer, TVs in each room. The only negative is that we were only provided a tiny bar of bath soap, and it was not replenished during our stay. If we had known about this ahead of time, we obviously would have brought a bar of soap from home! The housekeeping service that was provided was great. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Perfect Location

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryan's lovely condo in the Aspen Core. It is perfectly situated as a base for enjoying Aspen's fine restaurants and shops. The deck and hot tub offer a fabulous view of Ajax (Aspen Mountain) over the Hyman pedestrian mall but with plenty of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and modern. Beds are comfortable. Be prepared for the 3 flights of stairs, a bit of a challenge until you get acclimated to the altitude. Bathrooms are basic with plenty of hot water. It is very convenient to the Ruby Park bus area for free shuttles to Snowmass, Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands. There is a fun disco in the basement of the building, but, thankfully, noise is minimal on the 3rd floor. Ellina's restaurant, 2 doors away, is one of the best. Ryan was a great host and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. If you do not need to be in a ski in/out location, this cannot be beat! Highly recommended!"

  • easy, chic, comfortable!

"What a lovely condo and location! A cozy two bedroom, perfect for our 5 day stay. It felt a little tucked away, even though it's right in the middle of everything. We walked everywhere - it's convenient to restaurants, City Market and the Butchers Block, the gondola and the area's parks. We couldn't have picked a better place. Comfy beds, modern kitchen with all the amenities and utensils, easy washer and dryer, and great internet access/speed. The owner installed a/c units in the bedroom prior to our arrival, which won't be needed during ski season, but were very welcome at night last week. Good closet space, nice bathroom. It was a very nice place to come back to in the afternoon or evening. Venessa is a very attentive owner and was available and wonderful to deal with from our first inquiry, and throughout our stay. I hope the condo is avail for our next visit!"

  • Charming and comfortable

"The property was nicely maintained, the property management was quick to respond to every inquiry, and the view of skiers on the mountain while sitting on the couch drinking coffee was relaxing. The location is fantastic. Everything was within walking distance (and I wore heels the whole time). Ski rentals, shuttle stops, shops, bars, and restaurants were all within a 3 block radius. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were small, but efficient and nicely decorated. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! For the price, this property is a steal! We loved Mezzaluna, The Wild Fig, Meat & Cheese, and smores in the St. Regis lobby!"
