  • Great house! Lots of space/Large kitchen!

"We were quite pleasantly surprised when we arrived! Beautiful, large, clean, great location. Felt like you didn't want to leave. King and queen beds, very comfortable! Perfect family room and kitchen to hang out in! Hot tub was great too! Will be back. Also, Sharon was great owner to work with!"

  • Very well appointed with great features

"Three couples went for a long weekend and this unit was perfect in terms of size and accommodations. The kitchen was very well stocked so we could cook a variety of meals. The living room furniture was comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The bathrooms were clean and updated. The a/c unit could stand to be updated as summertime would be too warm for it to keep up. It was explained that one system drives all the units, so it is a be significant undertaking to replace it. There were several socials hosted in the office area that were nice and the staff could not have been more friendly. We would definitely book this unit again if the opportunity presented itself."

  • Beautiful views, amazing stay!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental! The views are truly amazing and the cabin is cozy and beautiful. The sauna is a definitely a plus. After getting out of the hot tub, you will feel chilly, and it's so nice to walk straight into the sauna. A+ for the layout. The owner is quick to respond to communications and pleasant to deal with. We had no issues with the driveway but we did come in early September when the weather was still good. However, we would still choose to stay here in the winter... Bottom line: if you want the views, you need to be up on the mountain which obviously will be on an incline, so a steep driveway is a given! If we come to Breckenridge again, we will definitely stay here!! Fyi for those with young children: There are two small playgrounds close by - Kingdom Park Playground is about 5-7m away. It is adjacent to a skate park and has a slide, climbing structure, and swings. The address is 880 Airport Rd. There is also a playground in the midst of the shopping/restaurant area along Main Street; the address is 203 S. Main Street. For a restaurant, I highly recommend Kenosha steakhouse. The food is amazing, and there is a sandbox play area for kids behind the restaurant. If you sit outside at the back, you can watch your kids play while waiting for the food. As far as the home, you may want to bring your own plastic cups, bowls, or plates since almost all of the dishes in the cabin are glass/breakable. There is a baby gate that can be used to block the stairs leading downward to the garage. There is not one blocking the stairs leading upward to the observation deck. However, you can easily block that area by opening the nearby coat closet door and placing a suitcase across the opening. Although there is no yard for children to play in, the deck is enclosed and we felt safe letting our 2 year old run around after we blocked off the stairs with chairs."

  • Keystone Colorado Fall Vacation

"This was our first trip to Colorado. We based our selection of this townhouse on the location, price and amenities available. Let me say that we were not disappointed. We opted to exclude the second bedroom option which was not needed and it saved us some money. The townhouse had everything we needed. We did bring a Crockpot for one meal, but other than that there was a coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave, range, refrigerator with ice machine, plenty of dishes and flatware, dining table, free wifi, flat screen TV’s with free cable TV, DVD (not blueray) player and Sony playstation in the living room area. The second powder bath was a nice and unexpected benefit. The sofa in the living room made out to a regular bed. The back deck would be great in the summer. The gas fireplace is small but a nice touch and does put out some heat in the living room. A Washer/Dryer is also available. There are many paved trails nearby. The Snake River and Keystone Lake are nearby and make morning walks refreshing. It appeared the hot tub at the clubhouse was out of service during our stay, we never saw it with the cover on it. We found the townhouse to be in a perfect location. We were 5 minutes from Dillon/Silverthorne for dining, groceries, shopping and movies. We took the Loveland Pass across the continental divide and back in to Denver in less than two hours. We spent a day in Breckenridge, only 20 minutes away. We also drove to Glenwood Springs in about 1.5 hours. This drive through the Glenwood Canyon was breathtaking. We also enjoyed one of the season’s first snowfalls which was unexpected. The inch or so of snow fell overnight and was mostly gone by the afternoon, but it was beautiful."
