  • Best condo in Aspen I've ever rented

"This condo was, by far, the best I ever rented in Aspen. A gem, a great find. The central location and beautiful interior décor far exceeded the price point. It had everything and more – very clean, it did not seem like a rental at all. The mountain views were spectacular! Ceiling-to-floor window views of Ajax (north), the main ski mountain, and Smuggler mountain (south) – great floorplan. The location is great to walk to the Gondola to ski and, just behind the condo, is some of the best hiking Aspen has to offer, right on the river; all minutes away by foot. The Jacuzzi bath in the master suite bath was perfect for my post skiing muscle relaxation. And, the guest bath had a steam shower, we loved that! We cooked-in a great deal as the high-end kitchen is equipped with all we needed and more. And, we walked to restaurants and shops and cultural events everyday – so much to do in Aspen downtown, just steps from the condo lobby. We didn’t need a car. And the owner was so pleasant and easy to work with. It was perfect."

  • Aspen Adventure

"We had a fabulous time here! We only used our car once for groceries. It was an amazing location. The large fenced yard was a godsend for our energetic white german shepherd. The house was well kept, roomy and comfortable. Christie could not have been more accommodating. We will definitely be back. Suzanne, Paul and Cowboy."

  • Fabulous time in Aspen; Great Condo

"Unit 11 was recently remodelled/refreshed and was perfect for our family ski holiday. The Unit easily met our needs. With 2 young adults, the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great. The kitchen was more than functional and the seating in the main area was very comfortable for us to hang out. The patio over the river was very special. I could see spending more time out there if the temperature was a bit warmer. Grocery shopping at the City Market was less than 5 minutes away and enroute from town back to the condo at the end of the day of skiing. The walk in to town was less than 10 minutes and was really enjoyable walking off another big dinner. You are able to leave your skis and poles at the base of the mountain for $12 ($100 for package of 10) and they would be shipped to whatever mountain you wanted to ski the next day. Nearby day lockers to store your footwear made it easy to walk back and forth to town in shoes (and not ski boots). I would be remiss if I did not mention that Brian who manages the condo is extremely helpful and diligent. He replaced a broken humidifier in the master bedroom immediately and was very accommodating when we requested a late checkout necessitated by a rescheduled flight. We have stayed at numerous condos at several ski resorts in North America. This was second to none. Also great value for the money."

  • Perfect location!

"We stayed at this beautiful west end home during the Aspen Music Festival in the summer. It was everything we wanted and more! We were a short walk from the music tent and Harris Concert Hall. The house is beautiful: the main floor is open, airy, and fills with tons of natural light during the day. The main floor overlooks Shadow Mountain and offers the perfect place for the whole family to gather. The home is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities one would want for a week's stay. The master suite and guest room offer privacy - they are a floor apart - and are very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor private deck with the hot tub for relaxing. You can enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar in the kitchen, in the open dining room or out on the deck where there is a grill, patio table, chairs and chaise. The house is a few steps away from a bus stop that will take you to downtown Aspen - free of charge - or even farther. We took the bus one afternoon to go to Maroon Bells - one of the most beautiful sights to see in the area. Great restaurants, shopping and entertainment are VERY accessible from the house - many within walking distance. We don't have a dog - but for those who do - there are lots of green spaces close by to take your dog for a walk. We used them for exploring the neighborhood and for exercise. Would definitely stay here again!"
