  • True Aspen Experience

"Great location to experience Aspen. Pick up and drop off out side at all times, be it Aspen, Highlands or Snowmass. Wonderful accommodation, all needs covered over and above expectations. Down to nitty gritty.....Great beds/ pillows, showers, warmth, kitchen/dining and relaxation facilities. Top it off with snow and spring sunshine....in February. Ticked all the boxes!"

  • Family Long Stay

"Our family from Australia stayed in this property from 5 Dec 2015 - 23 Jan 2016 . Together with our three kids (8, 11, 13) and their grandfather, we quickly felt like 981 King Street was home. Jeff is a wonderful host and a thoughtful manager – he decorated the house for Christmas and ensured the property was well maintained throughout our stay, from clearing snow to ensuring the hot tub was serviced, clean and…hot. The property has plenty of space for a large family with an sunny living / dining / lounge room, everything you’d need (and more) in the kitchen, lots of linen and low maintenance hard wood floors. The walk in robe in the Master bedroom is enormous, and there is plenty of storage / cupboards around the house – which was great for our long stay. We were also well catered for when taking a day off the mountain with new TV and cable, high speed Wi-fi, board games, books as well as lots of space for the kids to play outside, including around the lovely pond (and down to the river). You get unobstructed views of the mountain - great for the fireworks (from the hot-tub if you like...). It's in a quieter neighbourhood..so no night or day noise ... and it’s an easy walk downtown but it is also very close to the free Hunter Creek bus (only 2 stops to City Market...but I'd recommend Clarkes). You don’t need a car but if you have one, you can easily park 2 or 3 off the street. Can’t recommend this property enough – Jeff is a great guy and makes sure your stay in one of his properties will be comfortable and memorable."

  • Nice condo!Perfect location!

"We stayed in unit #39 at the Roaring Fork Chateau. It was great. The condo was comfortable for our family of 5 adults, and the location was really convenient for the things we wanted to do. We were able to walk to the grocery, restaurants, bike rentals, the gondola, etc. The condo itself was very well furnished...plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We grilled dinner on the grill two nights during our stay. There was a coffee maker, washer and dryer, TVs in each room. The only negative is that we were only provided a tiny bar of bath soap, and it was not replenished during our stay. If we had known about this ahead of time, we obviously would have brought a bar of soap from home! The housekeeping service that was provided was great. We would definitely stay here again."
