  • Fabulous place to stay in Breckenridge

"This place is just as nice as the photos show and the previous reviews indicate. Beautiful view of the mountain from the bedroom and living area. We rented skis from Breeze as suggested and it was very convenient. It's on the first floor of the same building the condo is in. When I turned in my skis, I came right off the slopes and didn't have any boots with me, but I was able to return to the condo in my socks. The place was nicely decorated and very cozy. Love the king-size beds. The master shower is a bit small for tall people, but I didn't mind. We were here during NFL playoffs and college football championship game, so it would have been nice to have had HD TV's, but that's a minor complaint. 50 yards tops to the Quicksilver lift. Superb access to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Breckenridge. We walked down there every evening. If you ever need a late-night snack, go to Reddz. It's a tiny shack across Park Avenue on the way to Main St. Just past Blue River Sports. Amazing hot delicious food on a cold night. For breakfast, we absolutely loved Le Fraincaise for crepes, etc. Great place for lunch, too. Overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again!"

  • Fantastic Vacation Home - Wonderful Experience

"This is an amazing property and the perfect place for multiple families to get together for an unforgettable vacation. Our family of 8 adults and 5 kids traveled from all over to have a belated Christmas together right after the new year. The house was decorated for the season with a beautiful Christmas tree. Everything in the house was clean, organized, and easy to find. The owners were very accessible, and easy to work with. The hot tub is new, clean, and fits a lot of fun loving people after a day of skiing. The kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals for friends and family. The wood burning fireplace in the living room worked great and was a great place to hang out with everyone. There are beautiful hiking and snowshoeing trails accessible through the back yard, and the hill the property is on is perfect for sledding. We were there during a massive snow storm and I-70 was shut down. This was a beautiful place to be snowed in with lots of games to keep everyone busy and having fun. The road leading to the property is well maintained and a truck came to plow the driveway. The owners were very understanding and flexible in extending our stay since there was a vacancy the next day. Thank you for sharing your house! We had a wonderful family vacation."

  • This property was amazing! Everything was pristine, high end and perfect location. Five star resort!

"My family (7 adults) just concluded an amazing vacation in Vail in this upscale town home. The rental really ended up to be much more than I had expected - the pictures of the home just does not do it justice. First off - thank you to the owners who made our stay so welcoming. They had many thoughtful extras available when we walked in after a very long day of traveling. Wine, coffee, filters etc - the little things were available so that we did not have to run to a grocery store for the next morning routines. She also had everything stocked and kitchen supplies were top notch. We cooked every evening in the home and had all necessities for cooking and baking - it was amazing. The space itself is so welcoming and relaxing. The open floor plan with comfortable leather couch and chairs in front of the gas fire (loved the remote options) and large screen TV was perfect for the crowd to watch our favorite football games together. ( Only criticism... the cable service did not have the SEC channel so Gator basketball was watched on computers. ;) ) The large table (BEAUTIFUL) that sat 10 easily was just perfect for our large meals as well as many card games. The master bedroom and bath was luxurious with lots of top- end towels and linens - so comfy. The other bedrooms were spacious and everyone slept well after days on the slopes. I spent an afternoon by myself and walked down to the Nordic center to cross country ski. Only about a three minute walk - and the trails were perfect. Again, thank you Pat for such a wonderful welcoming rental that was perfect for a Vail ski vacation for a crowd. Will definitely stay with you the next time we travel to Vail. Thanks!! • Excellent condo and location in Breckenridge

"We rented the Chimney Ridge Condo for 5 nights in early august of 2016. The condo is very spacious - the top level has a master bedroom with a king bed, dresser, TV, and patio overlooking the driveway area (facing up hill). The master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower, and a large closet with two sinks outside of the bathroom. Also on the upper level is a comfortable sitting area loft with two big chairs and a hide-a-bed couch. The main floor is great for hanging out, prepping food, dining and watching TV. There is also a decent sized deck with a patio table and chairs for 4 plus a gas grill (we didn't use the grill). The deck looks downhill with a view of many trees and the condos downhill. You can access the main floor directly from the garage. The kitchen, dining and living room are well laid out and have all the appliances and dishware you would need for a large or small group. There is also a large but dated stereo that plays CDs and cassette tapes, but not Bluetooth or even direct line-in compatible, so if you want to bring music, bring it on CDs. Sound was good. Bottom level has two bedrooms, another bath with tub/shower combo, and laundry. Both bedrooms have TVs also. One bedroom has a queen and a walk-out patio to the hot tub. The hot tub was nice, but seemed a bit over-chlorinated, but that might be the norm since I'm not use to using real hot tubs. The other bedroom has two twins, and a Nintendo Game Cube hooked up to the TV. There were some games, but we didn't use the system to see if it works. What I really appreciated about Chimney Ridge is the location. Just down the street is a place to rent bikes, and also a trailhead for an excellent short and easy hike that follows a small creek and then takes you to a reservoir that is loaded with trout. There are lots of trails to explore in the immediate area that get you above the developed condo area. It's a five minute walk to downtown. Downtown has many restaurants to choose from, and there are great walking/biking paths along the length of the river through town. Downtown is also a Pokémon GO hotspot, with a dozen or so Pokestops and 4 gyms. Suggestions for the owners/managers: Please provide a trail network map - the network is great, but we had to figure it out on our own. Thank you for renting your condo!"
