  • Exactly what we were looking for!

"We had six of us stay in this cabin during the July 4 holiday week. We had such a fantastic time in the cabin and in the surrounding towns. The cabin is so cozy and beautiful and I was thankful we allowed one day with nothing planned because my husband and I just sat on the front porch for two hours talking and enjoying the excellent temperatures and view. I did fill the hummingbird feeder two of the five days we were here. I could have just sat and watched the dozens of hummingbirds all day long. The only wildlife we saw from the cabin was a couple of foxes, but it was still perfect. My 20 + year old sons and their fiance's and my teenage daughter played many games of cornhole every night while I cooked supper. I have stayed in many cabins but this was the first time I did not have to pack extra utensils and pots and pans before we left. When it says the kitchen is fully equipped, that is exactly what it means. I lacked for nothing while I was cooking and I cooked four course meals each night.(I also now have my eye on a Weber gas grill. Very nice!) Our stay was just exceptional. My husband and I thought the king bed was the most comfortable bed of anywhere we have ever stayed. Don't forget to turn the hot water heater off vacation mode or you will have a cold shower the first night you are there. Don't ask me how I know. :) At first we were surprised there was no AC, but once we opened the windows (LOVE the window blinds. I want some!) and turned on the ceiling fan, we realized it wasn't needed. That is unheard of here in Kansas! We went white water rafting in Frisco (1 1/2 hour drive but well worth it!) on the Blue River with a company called Performance Tours. They were excellent and I highly recommend them, as well. We rented jeeps in Estes Park for a day and actually enjoyed the drive through the Rocky Mountain National Forest more than the jeep trail riding on Storm Mountain. We rented a pontoon boat on Lake Granby from Beacon Landing Marina and they were excellent, also. We all had a fabulous time and we are planning on returning soon and trying out the winter weather in Colorado. I will close with saying Lori was excellent to work with and was very quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. We could not have had a better experience."

"Timberline Cove is a great place to stay in Frisco. Quiet, right near the bikepath, close to food stores for your convenience. The apartment had everything we needed. Frisco is a great base for exploring the area"

  • Breckenridge Peak 7

"Wonderful, quiet, cool and relaxing stay. Up above the town of Breckenridge and close to The Peaks trailhead. Enjoyed hiking in the mornings and early afternoon and soaking in the hot tub afterwards. This home had room for many. There was only my husband and myself but we enjoyed our stay immensely."

  • Wonderful kid friendly condo

"Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful. Great location that was convenient to Vail Village and Lionshead Village, but also located just far enough away that we were out of the crowded areas. There were 4 adults and one toddler (1 year old) that stayed here and the place felt big enough that we all had our space, but also like home. My one year old walked right in and made himself at home, and within a few minutes had already found the spot where they kept the toys. We specifically chose this place because they had the convenience of child supplies throughout the entire condo. They had cups, plates, silverware, lots of toys, a pack n play, highchair, humidifier, gates, and many more. If you are a parent, take advantage of this condo so you don't have to travel with much, and can have peace of mind at your home away from home. The condo was very clean when we got there, all the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. We took advantage of the kitchen every day, and also the great balcony that had a grill on it. This place really had everything that we could ask for and more. The only complaint (which really isn't a complaint) was that the carpet is off-white/cream throughout the house and they ask you to remove your shoes to keep their carpet clean (which we do at our own home so that wasn't a problem), but I still managed to worry ALOT about the carpet being clean because we were in Colorado to hike and mountain bike so we came home filthy every single day, along with the balcony was extremely dirty no matter how many times we swept it so we also had that dust to deal with! We removed our shoes every time we entered but its hard to keep dirt off your body the entire time you are there! So really, this wasn't a complaint just a heads up that if you are staying here, bring multiple pairs of shoes and try not to get too dirty :) Overall this was a fabulous property that I recommend to anyone with children visiting Vail. We will 100% be staying here again and again!"
