  • Terrific choice here at Copper!

"This one-bedroom unit worked perfectly for my two-week stay during the latter half of July while it was hot in the city but cool & dry up in the mountains. Nice and quiet for resting after a day of hiking or cycling or while working. Good strong wi-fi signal if you need it, clean and comfortable accommodations. This unit is certainly clean and well cared for. Both the Ernie the owner and Jamie the on-site building manager were very helpful with any questions and provided terrific customer service. I absolutely recommend Timberline 505. Copper is a favorite choice for a summer stay in the mountains: easy access to Denver-Boulder, hiking trails, cycling routes and the bike paths, food choices in Frisco - Dillon - Silverthorne."

  • All around nice stay

"The house nicely accommodated our family reunion for 4 days, It is in a very convenient location with 5-10 minute drive to the main part of town - so you will never feel closed in by the heavy traffic and crowds. Nice balconies and deck. The hot tub was a big plus and worked great! The owner Brian was nice and easy to contact when there were some minor issues. Important things to consider: -The driveway is somewhat steep and two of our cars were unable to get up it in the summer although both mini-vans made it ok. There is no legal parking on the street but there is a small pull in area across the street to accommodate two small to medium cars. - There is no bedroom with a dedicated attached bathroom. All bedrooms will have to share one bathroom with one other bedroom or with the living area - The common living area is a on the small side but comfortable with a group of around 8-10. - The lowest level has many beds but it is noisy when folks are walking around on the main level. - There is only one street garbage can which can be a challenge if the weekly pickup is not during your visit (especially if any previous renters have left their garbage in the can). All in all it was a nice place and I would probably rent again for a large group even taking in consideration the list above. Hopefully, the owner will do a better job with the garbage situation for future renters."
