"Beautiful days skiing. Convenient location. Nice sleeping arrangements. Only criticism was we couldn't ski in ski out... unable to locate how... but shuttle was ver convenient and all was well. Will return next year for sure!"

  • Great family ski trip!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Kiva 330 for a short Spring Break ski trip. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed for a small family. The unit is a short, downhill walk to the Park Hyatt, which provides access to the main area of the Village, which has numerous restaurants and shops. Also, the Kiva is on the Eastern route of the Beaver Creek shuttle, so it is very easy to get around Beaver Creek if you are too tired after skiing to make the 150-200 yard walk from the unit. As the unit is at the far eastern part of the Beaver Creek mountain, it is technically ski in/ski out, but it is really more ski in/walk out, as the path to get from Kiva to the lift line is more of a cat walk. All in all though, not a big deal to us. Georgie, who assisted us with check in was great, even though she was swamped with all the Spring Break check ins going on the Saturday we arrived. She met us at the condo and assited with luggage and questions about the stay. She also provided her cell and asked us to call about any question, dinner recommendations, etc. We were very satisfied with the rental, especially given that they allowed us to rent for just 4 nights as opposed to the whole week, like many other places required during Spring Break. The Spring skiing was great and all the restaurants we went to were, as well - Juniper in Edwards and Revolution were our favorites. I would recommend reservations, though, anywhere, especially during a busy time at the resort. We would definitely consider staying at the Kiva again, for skiing or a summer stay."

  • Perfect Mountain Escape!

"stayed here with some friends for an extended weekend of shoulder season hiking and would definitely return. The condo itself was immaculate and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and linens were cozy. The balcony overlooks the tennis courts with a direct view of the mountain. The hot tub was a short walk and it looked like the lifts are close enough for ski-in / ski-out, come winter. Food tip - there are plenty of restaurants in BC, but check out Minturn Saloon (15m drive) if you're looking for something with a little history. And Green Elephant in Avon for something healthy."
