  • Good Stay

"Home was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay. Next time we will bring dish towels and extra blankets as these were limited. Website listed that there was a gas grill but there was no propane tank. Overall very nice home and stay."

  • So many great things, one glaring bad thing

"We stayed here over Labor Day weekend 2016. Husband, wife, and two kids up from the Denver area to do some biking at Winter Park. The condo is very clean and tidy and the layout is wonderful. We ate most meals in at the well-equipped kitchen (maybe some shelves in the lower cabinets to manage the plentiful cookware?). The location is also quite nice. There's a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony, which overlooks the nearby meadow. Dogs and kids frisk in the meadow. Across the road and down just a bit is the Rec center. The included guest pass got us in for a variety of activities - ping pong, swimming, gym, game checkout, hot tubs, and steam room. Perfect after a busy day of exploring the area. Safeway is just down the hill - an easy trip to the grocery store. Downtown Fraser/Winter Park is just a short drive back down the highway. Grand Lake is about 30 minutes the other direction. We so enjoyed our time here. What was the glaring bad thing? The shocking lack of toilet paper. We arrived Friday evening to find 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in the entire place. Good thing Safeway is just down the hill. We'll pay it forward to the next guests by leaving some here."

  • Lovely Home!

"The pictures of this home do not do it justice. This was an amazingly beautiful home to stay for a week's vacation near Steamboat Springs. The home was extremely clean and well cared for. We could not have asked for anything more. We stayed with 3 children (13, 11, 6) and found it to be perfectly suited for our family. The area is lovely and we took advantage of all the hiking, fishing, and swimming that abounds but most enjoyed coming back to this wonderful home at night to relax on the deck. Thank you for sharing it with us & we cannot wait to return."

  • Lovely apartment in a great location

"My daughter (18) and son (22) and I stayed here recently for a spring break skiing holiday. The apartment is lovely and works well for two, ideally (my son was a last-minute addition and slept on the blow-up queen-size mattress, which was fine). The kitchen eating bar (there is no table) seats two. The condo was well-stocked, especially with stuff you don't want to have to buy when you are renting a condo for a short time--spices, olive oil, plastic containers, etc. Best of all, it was quiet and steps from two shuttle bus stops to the base village and Snowmass Center, where the market is (you can also walk to the market--10 mins). We used the gym and hot tub--also close. I had several questions about our stay before we arrived and Kirk answered promptly and was very helpful."
