  • Well-maintained property, perfect for family gatherings

"This is the second time we have rented the Robason house for family reunions and we look forward to staying again in the future. During the day we break up into smaller groups but we always have dinner together. there is plenty of seating and the kitchen facilities are great. Having two dishwashers came in quite handy, as we were always filling and emptying them. I know the house is well maintained because it looks exactly as it did two years ago."

  • Very convenient lodging close to Superbee lift! (with hot tub!)

"We found the location to be very convenient and the unit to be nicely kept. The unit is only a 2-3 minute walk to the Superbee lift which is in the East Village. This lift services mostly intermediate and advanced riders but it is nice because the crowds weren't as bad compared to the Center Village lifts. The kitchen was well-stocked and others had left their non-perishables at the house. Frisco is only 8 miles away so any other groceries and supplies were easily purchased at Walmart and Safeway. The kitchen was fairly small but the dining area easily seated our group and we were very comfortable in the bedrooms. There were plenty of pillows and linens to be comfortable and each room had its own thermostat so we could control our own temperatures as needed. There were nice bathrobes in each closet which allowed us to utilize the hot tub and sauna conveniently on the first floor. The hot tub was huge and was open till late (10 PM). It definitely helped us recover after a long day's session. The first floor also had changing rooms and showers which was nice cause then we could easily shower after hot tub and sauna and they were very strong with plenty of hot water. The laundry machines were new and easy to use as was the dishwasher. The unit had 2 parking passes and the garage so parking was very convenient. On the last day, most of us drove to either the alpine lot or the Triple Threat lot (free if you carpool with 3 or more) which the Copper staff says rarely gets full even on busy days. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back next time to Copper!"

  • Great stay in Steamboat!

"This was our second year staying at a Cross Timbers condo unit, and first time through Brad. The unit was great... spacious, clean, and relatively well stocked. The location and availability of the free shuttle - even in the evening to travel to town - is a great amenity. Facilities at Cross Timbers are very nice, though the hot tub was not working properly this year, which was disappointing. The kitchen could use some updating on pots, pans, and food storage (Tupperware, etc. for leftovers). The very large dining room table was much appreciated. Rooms were great and the layout of beds and bathrooms worked well also. Brad was available when we had questions. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back."

  • Nice property, Attentive Customer Service

"The condo overall was very nice and we received very quick responses from the local property manager, Betty Stielow, when we did have a few issues. The property was in good condition, well appointed, clean, and very convenient for access to Keystone where we skied. There was a ski shop just down the hill that was able to tune our skis overnight which was also very helpful. In spite of being just up the hill from I-70, we couldn't hear any noise inside the condo. It was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable, furniture was up to date, newer appliances, well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer downstairs, big master bedroom, etc. The carpet is bit worn in places but I'm sure the owner is well aware and has plans for upgrading at some point. The only issues we had were that the hot tub was not functional and there were, unfortunately, some mouse droppings in and around the kitchen. But again, Betty, the property manager, responded almost immediately to our texts and stopped by to address the mouse issue along with calling the hot tub maintenance and repair company. When we couldn't get the tub to work properly she stopped by while we were out and left a gift card for the local Silverthorne recreation center (5 minutes away). As a result, we were able to enjoy other amenities such as swimming, hot tub, sauna, steam room and water slide. It was a very nice comp. The Silverthorne recreation center is actually nicer than the one in Breckenridge, where we have gone before while on vacation. Due to some bountiful Spring snowfall, the skiing was excellent. It was so nice not to have to drive up from south of Denver to get to the slopes. In short, we would stay at this property again, in part because of the condo itself, but also because of the personal care and prompt attention from Betty."
