  • Nice property, convenient.

"We enjoyed several days at this Condo and were impressed by how comfortable we felt. It was like home - casual and comfortable. The west-facing large deck was a real treat; watching the sunsets drinking a glass of wine was special. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking your own meals. Everything was an easy walk or bike ride away. Plenty of room. We'd stay again."

  • Fabulous & easy getaway

"We stayed at this very spacious townhouse in July 2015. It was the perfect location with easy access to the highways leading to Breckenridge, Vail and more. The views from their balcony while eating breakfast were awesome. The two master bedrooms with en suites are large. Nice amenities including a community indoor swimming pool & sauna, hiking & biking trails. A very spacious updated kitchen works well for a family or a couple. The home is well taken care of and is very comfortable. Hopefully the home will be available next time we head west. Our vacation was very fun and staying here was a delight."

  • Great Getaway for Family Fun

"We love this property. It's located on the private and secluded eastern shore of Grand Lake, with terrific views and short walk to a great hiking trail. The kitchen-dining-living room space is all open, which makes meal prep and serving an easy and collaborative activity for a large family. The home is a little rustic, and the carpet and plumbing is badly stained, but it is comfortable and relaxing. The large fireplace in the living room really works-- it throws out great heat on chilly Colorado nites. Our kids had a great time, and our labrador could not have been happier. We'll be back!"
