  • So Much Room

"We just returned from our vacation with our 3 grown children and their families in Breckenridge. This house was awesome for the 16 of us. So much room it didn't feel like there were 16 of us in this house. We really appreciated that we could all sit at the very large dining table at once. The view was beautiful and the fire pit and horse shoe area were a hit with our whole group. Hope we can return again someday. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us."

  • Great Stay for a Vail Vacation!!

"First of all, Vail is BEAUTIFUL and there are TONS of things to do in the area! If you are looking for a vacation, I would definitely recommend here! We took a girls a trip out for the weekend and had a blast! There were enough beds that no one had to share. Two bedrooms were master suites that each had lofts for an additional bed. This would work out great for a family with kiddos! There was also another room that had 4 bunk beds. The house was in great condition. I also appreciate that with 8 girls, there were several bathrooms!! The kitchen was very nice and had everything that we needed for supplies. If you happen to forget something condiment wise they will most likely have some in the garage fridge. They also have some beer and hard liquor out there, they just ask that if you take some, try to leave some. You don't really need a vehicle once you get to the house. Richard, the owner, said they have bikes if you want to check out the area. If you are wanting to get somewhere, the bus stop is an incredibly close walk from the house. All bus transportation is free as well. We took an excursion to go Turtle Tubing and took the bus to Vail, where the Turtle Tubing bus picked us up. It was very convenient! Overall I would definitely recommend this place. I hope we get to take a vacation there again soon! The owners are incredible and the house is AWESOME!!"

  • Beautiful and convenient

"This was our second stay at this property and our experience was just as good as the first. The fall foliage was beautiful and the accommodations cannot be beat. Especially loved the pool and hot tubs - all year round!!! Game room and workout room also got lots of use! Would absolutely recommend this condo!"

  • Perfect location in Lionshead Village

"Perfect condo for four. My husband had surgery at the Steadman Clinic and our condo was a 5 minute walk from the clinic on the beautiful pedestrian pathway. The masterbedroom and 2nd bedroom were across the livingroom from each other, giving lots of privacy to two couples. The condo has been updated, kitchen had all amenities you could need, and the livingroom has windows surrounding it with beautiful views up the mountain. Located within steps of the Lionshead Gondola, the bus stop, and right in the entry to Lionshead Village! Private parking structure in the basement allows you to safely park your rental car, garage and gate opener conveniently provided. This unit is at the end of the hallway, and right next to stairs leading outside with a security door on the ground floor, making it convenient and safe. We loved everything about this unit, including washer & dryer in the masterbedroom bath! Excellent place, we will definitely recommend it to anyone we know planning a visit to Vail. Mahalo!!!!"
