  • Fantastic Family Vacation!

"We loved our stay at this condo! The location was great--convenient to white-water rafting, horseback riding, alpine slide, and Rocky Mountain National Park! Some of the things were a little bit of a drive (20-40 min) but it was beautiful scenery and it wasn't nearly as crowded as Estes Park in the summer! Evening walks along the river were a great way to end the day! The condo itself was fantastic! Beautiful views, very neat and clean, and very well stocked! The kids (ages 16, 13, & 11) loved having their own space in the basement, and they were really happy with the 2 sets of bunk-beds so both girls could sleep on a top bunk! The only suggestion I have would be to add some blinds to the master bedroom windows--gets a little bright in there at 5:30 am! We would definitely say here again if we are ever in the area, and would certainly recommend it to others! Thanks for sharing your place!"

  • Great place to stay on a budget in Steamboat Springs

"Our family stayed at this condo over the Labor Day weekend - the beds were comfortable and the condo was close to everything in Steamboat! While the kitchen and bathrooms are not remodeled, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. The Alpine Slide was my son's favorite activity, my daughter enjoyed the horseback riding - plenty of activities for everyone in the family to choose something!"

  • Great place with an awesome location!

"Loved the condo! Clean & well kept, it made our stay that much more enjoyable. Our vehicle would not fit in the parking space,(truck with a roof box) so Erica, the owner, & the manager found a solution & parked us in a spot that was vacant. The location was a short walk to the village with all the shops & restaurants as well as just a few steps from the slopes. Erica recommended Il Poggio for a good dinner close by. Spot on! Great food & wine. The beds were comfy. The only minor complaint would be the weird shower configuration. We will likely be back."

  • Great set up for a group ski vacation or a large family

"We had 2 families for a 5 night spring break ski vacation (4 kids and 4 adults). The set up was perfect - each set of parents had their own private bedroom on different levels and the kids were able to take over the basement, which also meant the adults could stay up later and not worry about keeping the kids awake. There's plenty of room on the main level for everyone to hang out, eat and watch tv or movies and it's a short walk/shuttle ride to main street if you want to go out. We loved the easy access to ski down to the snowflake lift. The heated garage made it easy to get ready in the morning AND have a place to put your wet gear in the evening for it to dry and be ready to go again the next day. The garage is large enough with benches that everyone was able to comfortably get gear on and off, even with a car parked in there. Note that for any younger or inexperienced skiers, the "ski-in" trail has one flat area as it goes around the little lake (about 50 yards or so) so adults may need to do a little "ski-pole towing", but it's worth it for the convenience of not having to wait for a bus at the end of the day."
