  • Great place in Beaver Creek Village!

"What a great place! Perfect location. Great, roomy 3 BR and 3 BA place in Beaver Creek Village. Not exactly ski in and ski out, but close. A short flight of stairs down and a two or three block walk with a two flight escalator ride to the Centennial lift. It was an easy walk, though. It was pleasant walking past the ice rink and through Beaver Creek Village. This condo is conveniently located on the Plaza level at the St. James Place. It is a well equipped apartment-towels, robes, shampoo and conditioner, and soap included, with fully equipped kitchen. Stephanie is great-available and responsive. We had a conflict with our dates and Stephanie went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The St. James Place has parking, a fully equipped fitness center, indoor pool and indoor and outdoor hot tub. I recommend this condo fully and without hesitation."

  • First timers- Beaver Creek Family Vacation

"We just returned from a week long stay at this gorgeous property in Beaver Creek. Our expectations were far exceeded from the moment of booking. Almost immediately the concierge staff contacted us with preferences and recommendations to make our vacation seamlessly effortless as a ski vacation with 3 little kids could be. We were able to book daily daycare for our 2 year old (Small World play center in heart of beaver creek village- excellent!), ski school for our 6 & 7 year olds, ski rentals for the family, evening childcare and dinner reservations for date nights, provide grocery list for condo to be stocked with prior to arrival, etc with the information provided by the Chateau's A+ concierge team. The condo itself was spectacular! Extremely spacious, quiet and well thought out floorplan allowed entire family to relax upon coming home from packed day of skiing. The unit could accommodate more than our family of 5, but we all appreciated the space. The location was ideal-- ski in ski out through the Strawberry Park chairlift although most days we took the free shuttle to the village center (about a 3 minute ride) and skied from there. All of our equipment was stored in a large locker off the Chateau's beautifully appointed skiers lounge. We enjoyed a night dining at the 5-star Splendido restaurant onsite at the Chateau- delicious and also had access to a spa, workout facility, pool and game room. We can't say enough good things about this condo--all in all, a fabulous property in beautiful Beaver Creek!"

  • Amazing location!

"We have been skiing all over Colorado and other places but Beaver Creek has won us over, due in part to the amazing location of this condo. It is truly ski in/out as it claims, even for a beginner we had traveling with us. We happened to be visiting Easter weekend, and the resort held their Easter Egg Hunt for the kids right out the backside of our building. There is a park and playground area behind the building which is also where you ski in and out through. I could see them setting up for the Egg hunt in the morning from the Master bedroom of this condo. The balcony and master bedroom overlook the pool area and trees, so there is no direct neighbor when you look out the windows, just a beautiful view. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and BBQ, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need including all spices and condiments. We found it to be very clean and perfect for our needs. There is even a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. The ski locker was very convenient. The shuttle service is on demand and there within minutes. The resort village with shops and restaurants and ski rentals and ice rink is a just a short walk up the street or through the backside (the scenic route through the snow next to the creek) I found was even shorter and more pleasurable. The only time we used our car was to go to the grocery store.. The only shortcoming I would say to this unit is the second bedroom would get hot at night even in the winter with the heater off. We had to leave the door open and use the fan at night in there. Other than that, I have to say we are already planning a return visit. Denise was a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating to our needs, including an unexpected delay in our arrival. She really bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. Highly recommend this building and specifically this unit, as long as it's not on our same week next time we are in BC!"

  • So nice.

"We LOVED Beaver Creek, The Charter, and this condo. My family of four (children ages 10 & 11) stayed in the condo for one week in late June. I really selected this condo based on the reviews and the pool. The condo was very comfortable, and the layout worked well for our family. The views were excellent, and its location in the same building as the lobby/gym/pools was great. After walking around Beaver Creek, I am confident that The Charter has the best pool/hot tub set up for the warmer months (especially relaxing as the area is nicely landscaped with pretty views). Golf course was right there as well, and we enjoyed the restaurant for happy hour and dinner. We were sad to leave, and we definitely want to return. This is a great condo (with a nice owner) in a great place. So relaxing. So fun. Loved it."
