  • Great Home Base for a Great Price

"Condo is just as described. Very clean and well maintained with lots of kitchen utensils, dishes etc to take care of any meals we wanted to cook or bake while we stayed. Emily was easy to communicate with and the directions and instructions for entry were very clear and easy to follow. A hiking injury kept us homebound more than we would have liked but the condo was a much more comfortable recovery place than a hotel would have been. Thanks again Emily for a great 'home base' in the area. We'll be back in future when we've healed up to continue our hiking in the area. Definitely recommend."

  • Snowflakes

"Our favorite place to stay in Keystone. Fully equipped with everything you need for fun, comfort and for cooking. It was so beautiful and had the most amazing view of skiers skiing down the mountain. We had such an unforgettable trip!"

  • All around nice stay

"The house nicely accommodated our family reunion for 4 days, It is in a very convenient location with 5-10 minute drive to the main part of town - so you will never feel closed in by the heavy traffic and crowds. Nice balconies and deck. The hot tub was a big plus and worked great! The owner Brian was nice and easy to contact when there were some minor issues. Important things to consider: -The driveway is somewhat steep and two of our cars were unable to get up it in the summer although both mini-vans made it ok. There is no legal parking on the street but there is a small pull in area across the street to accommodate two small to medium cars. - There is no bedroom with a dedicated attached bathroom. All bedrooms will have to share one bathroom with one other bedroom or with the living area - The common living area is a on the small side but comfortable with a group of around 8-10. - The lowest level has many beds but it is noisy when folks are walking around on the main level. - There is only one street garbage can which can be a challenge if the weekly pickup is not during your visit (especially if any previous renters have left their garbage in the can). All in all it was a nice place and I would probably rent again for a large group even taking in consideration the list above. Hopefully, the owner will do a better job with the garbage situation for future renters."

  • Very cozy, very quiet, very clean condo in a great location nearby a walking trail and main street

"First of all...Jennie was wonderful to work with. She was very accommodating and very responsive. You are able to walk to town to shop, browse or eat at some of the wonderful restaurants Frisco has to offer. One day we picked up a trail a block or two behind the condo and walked to Lake Dillon...didn't make it all around the lake though! We were amazed at how quiet the condo was; great for when you want to sleep. The location is perfect for being able to access many ski resorts; we went to Copper, Breckenridge and Beaver Creek. If we had more time, we would have easily been able to go to Vail, A Basin and Keystone from our location. The condo was clean and very comfortable to settle in with a book at night. We are definitely returning to Frisco and will definitely stay at this condo again!"
