  • Great unit with a great location to the ski slope.

"The place was every bit as good as it was advertised to be. I would definitely stay there again on a return trip to Beaver Creek."

  • Mountainside Contemporary

"Point of View is a unique, contemporary design that the owner has furnished with lots of abstract and contemporary art. Great for entertaining, it has lots of open space with nice views through the many windows, and several patios/decks outside. The kitchen is well furnished and the big, long dining room table is perfect for a large group. We also enjoyed the covered hot tub with it's private view of the mountain. Be prepared for stairs...because the house is on the uphill side of the street, the main level of the house and three of the four bedrooms are up at least one level. Also, there is no separate bath room other than bath rooms for each bedroom...because of the stairs, a minor inconvenience. Just off the main road between Avon and the Beaver Creek Resort, this is a great location for getting anywhere in the Vail Valley. The owner and the house manager were very responsive and a pleasure to work with."

  • SIMPLY AWESOME

"We just got back from a summer holiday week with my wife and adult children at this house, and I have to tell say it's one of the greatest houses we've ever rented. Start with it being in the private Beaver Creek resort and even more private Enclave near the golf course - with a wonderful mountain view out back and Eagle Creek making wonderful background noise either when you;re on the bog deck or else lulling you to sleep at night. Then there are the facilities: 5 bedrooms and 5+ baths, including a complete downstairs suite perfect for a young family or teenagers. to be by themselves. Big family room connected to the kitchen in a wonderful open floor plan. Washer / dryer..everything we needed. It's about a mile from the Beaver Creek Village, and minutes by car to Vail, Eagle Vail, Edwards..brew pubs...golf..hiking..everything. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and the local manager was 100% responsive - even early on a Sunday morning when we needed the wifi code. Stay here. It's awesome. But if you want to go next summer, better book now because we are going back."

  • Perfect House for our Family Vacation

"This gorgeous home was perfect for our three generation family gathering in July. We had plenty of space to spread out for alone time, as well as large areas to gather as a family. The house was immaculate and well furnished with everything we needed. We took the shuttle up to the village, but it was actually walkable from the house. We found the house to be an oasis of tranquility when we wanted to get away from the craziness of the 4th of July in the Vail Valley! Our grandchildren went paddle boarding on the lake in Avon, and especially enjoyed all the activities on Eagles Nest Ridge in Vail. Loved the deck for lunch/brunch, and the children were in the hot tub at the end of each day. While there are numerous excellent restaurants and shopping possibilities close by, we highly recommend the Columbine Bakery in Avon, and Zeno's restaurant in Edwards. We have stayed in several VRBO/Homeaway properties, and this ranks near the top."
