  • A very comfortable and well appointed apartment in a Terrific location

"We were very comfortable in this well appointed and maintained apartment which is a short walk to the ski lift. Also a short walk to town although we didn't find many reasons to leave the apartment."

  • Great location in town

"This was the only house available when we made our plans so I felt somewhat stuck with it. Amy and Carol were great, however, and I felt a little more confident about the choice until I got there. Big Horn Lodge is really cute and has more than enough space for my work group of 18 people. It was perfect for our group retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed the house size, but the best part is the location and the hot tub on the roof! We'll be back. Thanks again!"

  • Christmas gathering

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at the property. For those wanting to be a little away from the resort, its perfect. Its about 2 miles down the road from Breck. About 15 minutes from Keystone. And 10 minutes from some pretty cool snowmobiling. The unit is part of a small housing area where some seem to live year round and other housing units are rentals. The unit itself was well appointed. We cooked a number of meals there and aside from the food, we had everything we needed. I believe there is a service that will deliver your groceries but we read mixed reviews on that and decided not to use it. The hot tub was perfect for evenings after skiing. We stayed the last night just off the main street in Frisco. That was a totally different feel but very cool too. We were able to party there and stumble back to our unit. Visit Ollie's if you go. I cant stress enough how helpful the Wildernest staff was in making sure we had everything we needed. Katy in particular went out of her way to take care of us."

  • amazing location, cozy stay

"We just finished a beautiful weekend on the slopes and enjoyed the prime location of this condo. Truly just steps from village ski school, the maggie, quicksilver lift. Hot tubs were wonderful in the evening and restaurants, bars, shops just minutes outside the condo. Parking was easy and we never touched the car- no need. The unit itself was cozy and nicely decorated. We loved having coffee in front of the gas fireplace or on the balcony with views of the slopes. Well stocked kitchen. One complaint: the beds were very hard and the pillows need an upgrade. Stiff necks for all of us. That said, we would rent this unit again. Convenient and lovely overall."
