  • Excellent place in Breck`

    "My wife and I stayed in this condo for a week in July. We have stayed at a couple of VRBO properties in Summit county for several years and this was one of the best. The location is ideal for access to Main Street in Breck, the Summit Co bus system and even a beautiful little trail for hiking is just outside the main entrance. The reserved parking was helpful and the condo was just what we needed for a week of fun in CO. The kitchen was well-stocked with dinnerware, cooking utensils and even spices and basic ingredients. The Keurig was also a plus. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. For just the two of us, it was a great base camp in Breck for hiking, biking and enjoying CO. Leanne and John were very helpful throughout the booking process and John met us at the condo to give us the keys and answer any questions. You can tell they care about their condo and want their guests to have a good time. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

  • Great Location ! Nice Apartment ! Great Owner!

    "Location Skiing back to your apartment is just the BEST! 2 options to ski back down and be in the hot tub minutes later. Having the Snowflake ski-lift and ticket window right next door is perfect! Apartment The apartment is great. It is small but solid! Good bed, Good sleeper sofa that works great for younger kids Apartment is 2 doors down from spa/outdoor hot tub Everything you need for cooking, coffee and more is there - PERFECT! Heated parking is VERY nice! Owners - 5 STARS During our stay the keycards stopped working, with in an hour I had 2 new cards. The owner was quick to respond and helpful. FREE SKI PASS - This is the icing on the cake! Having the pass doesn't just save you money on a Ski Pass it also gives you 10% discount on all the food on the mountain. This was a perfect place for our family ski getaway! We have 2 kids of 6 and 8, they slept on the nice sleeper sofa and we had a perfect mid week in Breck!"

  • Great winter escape

    "We stayed with another family and had plenty of room - 5 adults, 3 kids - to rest after a full day's skiing or to talk and game into the night. We loved the high ceilings and the frog mariachi band sculptures. The "hunting lodge decor," as described by other reviewers, was fairly typical, at least from our own prior experiences with slopeside vacation rentals. When we arrived the condo was tidy and well kept, as expected. Extra keys were available in the condo. Next to the heated garage, there is a locker room for skis and snowboards. The wifi appears to be provided by the condo association and not managed by individual owners. Although at night the connection was quite slow, the transmission rates were fine in the early morning and mid-day. The kitchen is on the smaller side, as noted by prior reviewers, but quite well stocked with all the accoutrements and cooking and dining ware needed to put together home-cooked meals every day. Main Street, Breckenridge, and its shops and restaurants are a short walk down 4 O'Clock Road. For those not inclined to walk, the free town shuttle has a stop no more than 50 yards away from Tyra IV/Riverbend at the Snowflake lift/Blue Sky Condo building. The exercise facility is good (I've used it during past visits) and includes a stationary/recumbent cycle as well as weight machine. The condo is located over the outdoor hot tub which could have been bothersome had users become particularly boisterous - I think there are condo regulations regarding noise later in the night. The owner, John, was responsive, courteous and prompt in his communications. We definitely would return, and hope to stay here again next year!"
