  • Nice place

"We had a great summer stay at Gail's condo! It was cozy and comfortable. The pool was directly behind the building, which was great. Just a few minute walk/a one minute drive to Main Street. Definitely recommend staying here! Maybe bring your own towels, as only 4 small towels were provided (minor detail; we just picked beach towels up from the Walmart in the next town over). Breckenridge is beautiful in the summer, and we particularly enjoyed the music festival!"

  • Excellent Vacation Experience

"I highly enjoyed staying at this most excellent of vacation homes. It was very spacious, comfortable, well-heated, immaculately clean and more than adequately equipped with everything that anyone could possibly need. Wifi , cable tv, beautiful mountain views as-well-as convenient proximity to Breckenridge, Vail, and Keystone skiing make this the unrivaled VRBO property that I have resided at over the last seven years. The owner, Mr. Dick Venier, was extremely kind and helpful and a pleasure to communicate with. I am looking forward to staying at his chalet again in the future."

  • No place better than this!

"We've stayed at many places before but there's nothing that compares to the Breck House! For me it's the ultimate getaway with access to do everything my family likes. Whether you're a skier/snowboarder, hiker, etc the terrain, national forest and mountain are at your fingertips and the adventures are endless. If you'd rather kick your feet up, relax and just get away from everything, this is also the place for you. The relaxation of the mountains truly takes form here. Everything in this home is top of the line and as soon as you walk in, you're in awe. The kitchen is the center of the house and we prepare many of our meals here after stopping in town for any needs we have. It's very well equipped and is a lot of fun to hang out in as well. The living room is cozy and relaxing and has an amazing fire place that can heat the entire main floor and upstairs by itself. The main floor back patio looks out into the Arapaho National Forest, has a large grill and several seating options to kick back and relax. The bedrooms upstairs are very spacious and put together nicely with great views. The master bathrooms are exquisite! Downstairs in the basement it's a blast to watch a movie, sporting event or your favorite Netflix show on the 108" screen. If you are traveling with a lot of younger children, they will love the bunk beds downstairs. Each distinctly designed for boys and girls, they're fun rooms! On the downstairs back patio has a large hot tub and newly added chair lift seat which gives it that ultimate mountain house feel. If you want to drive into town, Main Street is just a few minutes down the hill and there's several restaurants and shops. It's fun just to walk around for a couple hours sand take it all in. After staying here several times, I would come back here again and again and again. This place is a blessing to those who have found it!"
